Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The house is located on the shore of Hornum Lake on private land along the lake shore. Possibility of swimming from a private beach and fishing from the lake shore as well as a campfire. There is a bathroom with toilet and sink, and showering takes place under the outdoor shower. Kitchen with 2 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer - but no oven. The lease is from 1 pm to 10 am the following day. There is a heat pump, soap, dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. - but remember to bring bed linen😀 and towels, and pets are welcome, just not on the furniture.

Welcome to our cozy tree top cabin, built from recycled materials - 6.2 m above the ground. The cottage overlooks the fields, is isolated, has electricity, heating, a kitchenette and a comfortable sofa that becomes a small double bed. Enjoy the two terraces and running water in the treetop and toilet with sink below the cabin. Possibility of additional purchase: Breakfast (175 kr/2 pers.) - wilderness bath (350 kr) or one of our 2 outdoor 'escape rooms' (150 kr/ children, 200 kr/ adults). The calendar is opened continuously!

There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Welcome to our beautiful log cabin, surrounded by nature, and within short distance to the Kattegat Sea and the gentle beaches. The house consists of 3 rooms + a loft. Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.

Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.
