Jose's place was exactly as described, very clean and we felt right at home. The proximity to the beach as well as the direct access to the pool was great and for our daughter the small playground right around the corner was ideal. Jose provided us with the necessary information before arrival, so that no questions remained unanswered. The small town offers some restaurants and in the immediate vicinity there are enough opportunities to buy everyday things. The small beach is fantastically beautiful. All in all, we highly recommend the accommodation for a family vacation and thank Jose for everything.

Well located easy to access with the presence of a swimming pool in front of the accommodation, the amenities provided corresponded to the listing little plus towels for the beach were also provided the presence of box ice umbrella to provide picnic was really a plus the list of places to see was also very appreciated Maria was a responsive accommodating host we were able to pick up the accommodation upon arrival on the island without waiting for the legal time I highly recommend it

Lovely bright apartment, close to the beach and quiet. Loved the terrace/balcony with a sea view in the distance. Beds super comfy and found the pillows nice too. Well equipped kitchen and great to have some basics and a kettle too! Jody responded promptly and was helpful with any questions. Would love to return sometime!

Had a beautiful stay at Silvia’s accomodation! Beautiful little house situated in an amazing area close to lovely beaches and able to walk to Binibeca along the coast in just 30 minutes. Lovely pool with very quiet surrounds. Silvia’s accomodation was exactly as described if not better. She even provided a little welcome basket with local cheese and wine. Couldn’t rate this accomodation or Silvia more. Will definitely be back!

Gem of an apartment that felt like a home, not a holiday let. The garden and grounds in this small complex were beautifully maintained with shrubs, trees and landscaping and exceptionally well designed pool - good to have a pool with a decent depth of water. The apartment, whilst compact, was well furnished. The compact kitchen is really well fitted out with everything you would need - this is clearly a cook's kitchen. Good storage and bathroom. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches including library and widescreen TV and everything provided including cleaning/laundry materials. Lovely outside patio. The location is excellent - very peaceful, handy for Ciutadella and within easy reach of the supermarket and amenities. Elena went out of her way to make it a smooth check in (despite a 2 hour flight delay), provide information and advice on local restaurants and answer any queries.

The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. We were received in a very friendly manner and we received many good tips. Even when we had a problem with the safe, we were quickly helped. The location of the apartment was quiet in our season and the way to Ciutadella was about 35 minutes on foot along the beautiful coast to the harbor.

Great stay. Mairangeles was responsive and accommodating. The cleaner lady was friendly and helpful when we wanted more towels. Would recommend here.

Everything is perfect, the house is beautiful and clean. They are very nice and helpful. The house is easy to find and there is parking in front.

A very convenient apartment, and a very helpful and responsive host.

The apartment is worth its price. It is nicely located, close to the beaches in a calm place with the nice swimming pool. Communication with Maria is perfect. We had a great time in Menorca.

The apartment is well located in a set of small white houses near the sea. We had a pleasant week-long stay there. Only small downside: the single glazing does not filter the noise of the wind and the sea sufficiently during a strong wind coming from the north (which we had for three days).

Accommodation in a pleasant residence with a pool. Functional terrace for dining. Convenient small shops nearby and very nice beach 5min walk away.

We had a great week at Miguel's apartment. The terrace is beautiful, with a great view of the sunset. The shared pool is lovely. We were often alone at this time of year. The apartment was very clean, well decorated and equipped. Air conditioning (living room) and ceiling fan (bedroom) are welcome. There are blackout curtains and shutters in the living room and bedroom. Miguel is a great host: extremely proactive and very available. He also recommended activities on the island and nearby restaurants. Only negative point: the hotel opposite the bay plays music every evening until about 10 p.m. You can hear it loud enough from the terrace or when the windows are open. Apart from that, everything was perfect. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Son Bou beach is beautiful...and minutes away!

2-13 June 25. Nacho and Leticia were fabulous! great coms and good English. Lots of recommendations. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. VERY peaceful place (approx 20 ground floor apartments), so much so that it was like having our own private pool 95% of the time! Restaurants and well stocked supermarkets in walking distance, however, we hired a car and explored! Go to Cala Santadria and Restaurant Sa Nacra (splash out and have the lobster broth for 2)... it won't disappoint! and the restaurant is fab, great sunset! walk past it and go down the paths to the rocks, so beautiful and great for sun bathing, swimming and snorkelling and go further round to Sa Caleta. We also hired a couple of mountain e-bikes (from near the supermarkets) and did the 'easy route' (not so easy) but stunning and lots more awesome coves and beaches (take food and water!). Overall, a lovely relaxing and peaceful stay that really did the job! Thank you Nacos and Leticia xxx

Good location. The neighborhood is quiet and quiet. Comfortable beds. Pretty distant view of the hill across the street.

Our stay was picture perfect! Menorca is gorgeous and this place is the absolute best place to stay.

It was a super relaxing vacation in Augusti's great apartment. We would have preferred not to have driven at all and would have liked to have stayed there longer. Augusti is a super great host and also a great helpful, friendly and very dedicated host. We will be happy to come back anytime.😊
