Very cozy accommodation, with excellent service. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing 5-day stay at Toni's villa. The villa is even better in real life compared to the pictures. Absolutely amazing views, direct access to the ocean, beautiful swimming pool, and outdoor dining areas. We ate outside every evening and it was spectacular. There is a private staircase with direct access to the ocean, and a very nice walking trail along the side of the ocean that takes you to Pedro's Boat, which is the nearby harbor. So we were able to walk to the harbor to book and arrange a wonderful boat tour, and then walk back to the villa. Inside the villa is wonderful - amazing views from every single room in the house! Also, there was an air conditioning unit in every single bedroom, the two living rooms, and also the kitchen, which we really appreciated since it was August! Finally, Toni was very easy to communicate with, and was generous with allowing us to check out in the late afternoon. We had a late evening flight, so the extra few hours were great!

We had an amazing stay at Partrice’s villa. The pool and outside space was perfect. Beautiful views of the sea. Location was great. Nice and peaceful area with just a short walk down to Son Bou. Free street parking. Kitchen was well equipped and the filtered water from the fridge was a bonus. Villa was lovely and clean when we arrived. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable but mattresses in the two other bedrooms were not so! Hopefully this can be improved for future guests. Otherwise we had the most wonderful time staying at the villa and we would definitely recommend.

The accommodation corresponded exactly to the description and is very well located to have a beach vacation, but also to explore the island by car. Maria is very friendly and helpful and responds very quickly to questions. You quickly feel at home and it is very clean and tastefully decorated. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay at Eva’s place. The location is wonderful, the view is stunning and the house has everything we needed. Eva was extremely helpful and gave so many tips and recommendations. We would highly recommend staying here and exploring the surroundings.

Lovely place and peaceful

Recommended. The apartment and the development are very nice, and it is located very close to the beach. Very good option for enjoying a few quiet days. The accommodation is as shown in the photos, except for the chairs and table on the terrace, which are not there. Also, being two of us seemed very spacious and comfortable. I would repeat!

Jaume was a great host. He checked with us several times to make sure everything's in place. It was a very pleasant stay. The place was exactly as described.

This is a perfect villa for a family holiday. the location is convenient for the beach, this is a few minutes walk to a lovely sandy cove with a restaurant. the local shop has everything you need and a larger supermarket is also in walking distance as are several good restaurants. you could manage without a car. the villa is fully equipped with everything, as much as I have at home. This is our second visit.

Beautiful house as described. Super well-equipped house and nice little plus heated pool:)! Towels (pools and bathrooms) are provided so great! Suzanne and Adeline are sweet! I would recommend it!

Great value little stay. Near a beach and rocks for swimming off but not right in the heart of the touristy area. The place was basic but as described with enough amenities to do your own cooking. The complex has a number of rental apartments, mine got the morning sun but was shady in the evening, and felt quite private not overlooked by anyone else. Though the descriptions says that no amenities are included, there were in fact some items like salt, olive oil, tea towels, bathmat, washing up liquid, sponge, and a small shampoo and shower gel which was greatly appreciated. Towels are not provided but would have been much appreciated.

The check in instructions plus pictures of the property from the outside were very useful as our sat nav took us to the wrong building on the road. The apartment is in a nice area and you could safely park your car on the road outside the apartment. The selling point of the apartment for us was the large balcony which had a great view of the sea. In the evening it was in the shade which was what we wanted after the heat and humidity of exploring the island each day. The location was good to allow you to explore the whole island and there was a food shop a few minutes further down the main road that had all the basics you would need for the stay. The kitchen is compact but it has everything you need except a kettle which would have been good to have. I liked the pack of cleaning products left in the kitchen and the fact that Norberto wasn't stingy with toilet tissue or kitchen roll or tin foil. I liked the freezer packs in the freezer for you to use in your cool bags. Nice touch.

Everything went well, access to the accommodation was extremely easy and efficient. The place was clean and nice. My only comment is that in the photos it looks like the terrace has a complete view of the sea while in reality we only saw the sea on the side and not in front.

Great place, quiet and beautiful, luminous and clean with a great terrace for reading, writing over coffee and nice view. Nice coffee in the morning at the Hostal de Ses Salines, walking distance and very nice owners. Great quality/prize balance

very nice place , everything close , beautiful view, clam, the stay was really nice, we slept windows open to have the sound of the see all night and the sun rise every morning. it was incredible!

The apartment is practical and useful, clean and spacious. There is a beautiful view of the sea and the arrival and departure was very easy. We were able to park directly in front of the apartment. Marina is extremely helpful and accommodating. The entire complex makes a somewhat outdated impression, but has a lot of charm and also fits well into the landscape. We were pleased that beach utensils are available and that we had the less frequented pool almost all to ourselves. Three small supermarkets are quickly accessible, the surroundings are quiet and peaceful, just a pity that there are few restaurants. We thank Marina for the hospitality and friendly communication.

My family and I had a wonderful week in Menorca in this apartment. The location is perfect, close to the typical places of the island and with easy access to the beaches and restaurants. The apartment was spotless, well equipped, and was just as described in the listing, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Jaime was an excellent host, always attentive and available for any questions or needs we had during our stay. Communication was quick and clear, which made the whole check-in and checkout process very easy. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay in Menorca. I hope to be back soon!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was ideal for us as a couple (although it does have a second bedroom for a family). The views from the apartment are sensational and it is not directly overlooked so very peaceful. It is well positioned, being very close to Fornells and its restaurants and mid way between Mahon and Ciutadella for exploring. Also close to Son Parc golf if you like your golf. Christian the host is very helpful and communicative with some great recommendations for restaurants etc.

Pascual is an excellent host, very responsive and always available. The accommodation is well located, at the foot of the beach, with access to a shared pool. Son Parc is located in the middle of the island so the travel time to Ciutadella or Mahón is relatively short (30min). The terrace is lovely to eat on and admire the sunset. The accommodation is clean, well maintained and the furniture is modern. I highly recommend Pascual's accommodation.

Lovely apartment, wonderful location right on the beach. Ideal having the duplex arrangement enabling our son and girlfriend to have their own space. Marta was very helpful. Will definitely use again.
