Perfect place to relax, 1 km to Son Saura beach, ideally located in the middle of the island at medium distance from all tourist places. Townhouse with a tourist license, in a very quiet area located on the sea and beach front. It has an outdoor parking space. Supermarkets and restaurants may not be open in the months of April and October, as well as lifeguard services, Kayak rentals, water scooters and paddle surfing. About 12 km away from the charming village of Fornells, and about 20 km away from Maó and 30 km away from Ciutadella . Apartment just 200 meters from the beach, large terrace with barbecue. 2 swimming pools and padel court. Ocean and mountain views. It consists of a double room, living room, kitchen and bathroom. A very quiet area, with nearby services (supermarket, shopping area, golf...has private parking. you can enjoy a great summer, visit coves as beautiful as Cala pregonda, cavalry, etc. Being in the center is ideal to get to know the island.
