Short distance to Seierstenmarka. 12 min. walk to the swimming area next to the fjord. 1,5 km to bus stop 2 km to the city center and grocery store

About 10 min walk to several beaches, and 20 min walk to Son city center with restaurants, art exhibitions, and concerts. Boating and ferry to Oslo in the summer. By car about 15 minutes to Moss, and 40 minutes to Oslo. Tusenfryd family park is about 25 minutes away by car. Good bus and train connection from/to Son Possibility for electric car charging for extra charge.
