Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Somerville

This was our second stay with Ben and Murray. The location is amazing, the apartment is clean, and quiet, even though you’re so close to the bustle of South Yarra. We always have such a good night’s sleep! Ben and Murray are helpful and respond very quickly to any communication, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Melbourne.

Stayed 2 nights at Allan and Elizabeth’s listing. The place was as per photos and felt very clean and fresh. Host was kind to get the heating turned on for us before we arrived as it was a cold day. We chose this area as it was in close proximity to the massive Chadstone shopping centre and is between Melbourne and Phillip Island (penguins). Overall a very pleasant and easy stay. Do note to request for self check-in if required as we had the host wait up for us and we felt really bad!

Sandra is an amazing host and was very helpful with all of our requests and very prompt with responses. We enjoyed the place so much and will definitely be number 1 place to stay when we visit again! The place was really clean and the area accommodates to both people and pets. Sandra ensured we had no issues at all with our stay and was flexible with our schedule as well. Highly recommend! It’s an all year, all weather suitable accomodation place! The board games at the residence were also ideal for when staying indoors! Beautiful place with beautiful views!

Sarah’s place is a good find. Conveniently located near downtown Melbourne. She was very responsive. Incredible views of downtown Melbourne from her place. You have to pick up the key from a local grocery store (which worked fine) and there is only one key, but overall the stay was great. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Recommend staying here! Good value!

Absolutely fantastic stay. The welcome was up there with the best I ever had. Deb’s husband graciously welcomed us and was flexible about our timing. The position is second to none. Although being right in the heart of restaurants , cafes and walking distance to the beach, it was quiet. We were welcomed with champagne, chips and chocolates and plenty to make breakfast the next morning. The kitchen is perfectly appointed for those who like to cook. Also a myky card - which is super helpful (don’t forget not to leave it in the red!) We felt able to contact our hosts at anytime. All round great stay.

A beautiful little place. Everything you need. A comfy bed and couch. You’ll need a car to get around. Super peaceful and the bath was fantastic at night

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our third stay at Mahalia's Airbnb as we love it so much! Apartment was clean, stylish, really open & bright, beds were super comfy, fully equip kitchen with everything you need to cook and great outdoor area. Great location- in walking distance to Mt Eliza shops, restaurants & cafes. Thanks so much for our stay Mahalia!

Richard was excellent to deal with. We stayed at Richards home while our insurance company fixed our home. I contacted him before making the booking and explained the situation, he was very understanding and patient. The property is a nice quiet niche in suburbia, with all the surrounding trees it feels like you're far from civilisation, but you're only minutes away from all the amenities. Thank you Richard for your hospitality.

We had a very comfortable stay here, the house has plenty of space and is well appointed. It was lovely to sit outside on the decking for breakfast each morning.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay. Coming from the Gold Coast it was so cosy with many different heating options. Barbara was very responsive with communication and we will definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay at Gabriels place - clean, tidy and plenty of room for big families. It had everything we needed and was the perfect location for where we needed to go. Our host was excellent in communication and was very thoughtful. The highlight was the toilet seat warmer in the ensuite ☺️ Would definitely go back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed or stay at Gathering Shores. So many warm and homely touches noticed from the moment we walked in. It was a very comfortable base to set up in for our family getaway on the Mornington Peninsula.

Incredibly easy to find and check in. Samuel was very responsive and everything was very clean when we arrived. The flat is a nice place to enjoy the local area and close to the train station to see the rest of Melbourne. Highly recommend!

Does what it says on the box, a plain but pleasant and comfortable 2 bedroom flat with some nice restaurants and public transport a 5 minute walk away - would definitely stay again
