This charming, typical Majorcan rural house has a pool and is surrounded by a widespread Mediterranean garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and sunny part of town, just a 20 minutes walk from the city center and only 2 miles from the beach. The house provides two bed- and two bath rooms which comfortably accommodate four adults. Since we spend a lot of time with our baby girl here we are happy to share a baby bed and a high-chair with you. The staircase on the first floor has a barrier.

Relax & nature of the Tramuntana

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, and infrared heating in the bathroom for cooler days. A beautiful fireplace creates a much more harmonious warmth, perfect for enjoying a tea and relaxing with a view of the Tramuntana after a day of hiking in our woods. Apartment in Port de Sóller with a large shared pool, free private parking, spectacular views of the sea from our port. A quiet area just a 10-minute walk from the port and bus stop.

Our house in the heart of Sollér was built over 300 years ago. The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests the wonderful charm of a historic Spanish town house with modern comforts. The combination of old stone walls, exposed ceiling beams and wooden window shutters with modern and cozy furniture, a new kitchen and new bathrooms give our guests a comfortable feeling of arrival and well-being from the very first moment. We refurnished the house in sommer 2022.

It's a perfect stay for a couple, but can accommodate up to 4 people with the sofa bed in the studio area. This apartment is an isoleted house with a private access on the same property as our house and only the entrace from the street is the same.
