Vacation rentals with a patio in Sóller

Lovely apartment. Great living space. Fantastic roof terrace. Location nice and quiet. Fiona was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

This was our first time to Mallorca. We were very happy with Azure Seabreeze. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. The rooftop is private and offers an amazing view of the bay in Colonie Sant Jordie and Cabrera island. Street parking is easy and free. Karlien and Stefanie were very communicative and helpful and check in was simple and easy. The town is very walkable with many good restaurant choices just outside the apartment door on the beach. The location is very convenient to the rest of the southern towns along the coast - an easy drive. We highly recommend taking a boat to Cabrera for a day since you are right there. There is great swimming and snorkeling on Cabrera. Santanyi is a 30 minute drive and worth the trip as are the local cove beaches nearby. Go early so you can park (like 0900). We will be back and highly recommend Azure Seabreeze as a rental.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll – sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders schön war die Terrasse, auf der man wunderbar entspannen kann. Der Check-in verlief super einfach und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig – perfekt zum Abschalten. Parken kann man auf der Straße, wenn man ein Auto gemietet hat. Man sollte jedoch darauf achten, nicht in gelben Zonen zu parken, da diese verboten sind. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vor allem nach Mitternacht schwer zu finden, sodass man manchmal ein Stück weiter weg parken und ein bisschen laufen muss. Die Lage ist top – besonders Playa del Muro ist schnell zu erreichen und absolut traumhaft. Wir waren zu viert dort und alle sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Alles war wirklich perfekt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Morgens auf dem schönen Balkon zu frühstücken, war eines unserer Highlights! Dank der umfangreich ausgestatteten Küche kann man sich sehr gut selbst versorgen. Hilfreich waren auch vorhandene Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Die Lage ist super. In nur wenigen Metern ist ein Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, Restaurants und der Strand inkl. Tauchschule erreichbar. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr schön angelegt, gepflegt und ruhig. Wir waren nun schon das 2. Mal bei Iris und hatten wieder einen tollen Urlaub!

Daniela’s apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It’s in a great location for visiting Palma cathedral. The view from the roof terrace is fantastic. It’s quiet and there’s a supermarket just around the corner. It is on the fourth floor and there’s no lift, so there’s the added bonus of some exercise.

Tout été impeccable..très joli logement dans un quartier superbe...seul inconvénient l'ouverture de la porte...si vous n'êtes pas dans l'informatique ce n'est pas évident...mais il est vrai qu'il faut ce mettre a la page...merci pour fe bon séjour..

Le logement est au delà de nos attentes. Paul a su nous accueillir avec le sourire. Le logement est propre et assez spacieux. Ce fut un plaisir de séjourné dans ce logement.

Hola!! La comunicación con Rafael y Elena, es excelente. Llegando a la fecha de la estadía, me fueron enviando la información precisa para llegar al lugar. Incluidos mapas y fotos. Lo que nos fue de suma utilidad! El check in, fue muy fácil de realizar. Lo que tengo que decir del dpto son todas cosas lindas, ya que se nota que está hecho con mucho amor, en cada uno de sus detalles, todo combina con todo. De hecho te reciben con una bandeja llena de mimos para el alma… bombones, galletas, jugo y hasta vino! Los ambientes son muy cómodos, sobre todo los cuartos, que en cada uno tiene un lugar de guardado. Un lavadero que facilita mucho la estadía, cocina amplia y completa, el living ideal para que todo el mundo esté cómodo, un balcón terraza, donde se comparten momentos únicos, la salida a la playa, directamente desde el complejo, es un placer y lo mejor de lo mejor…la vista que ofrece a la playa de Alcudia desde todos los ambientes!! Si buscan Paz, es ahí!Encontré mi lugar en mundo?

Beautiful villa 10min walk from a small town with everything you need. 15mins drive from Santanyí if you want a bigger town. The villa has lots of fun amenities to take advantage of and everything was clean and perfectly set out for us including a welcome basket with wine when we checked in! Anabel was also super responsive and helpful with whatever we needed.

Vi var ett tjejgäng på fyra personer som bodde hos Antonio i fyra nätter. Stället var väldigt fint och motsvarade förväntningarna. En bra utgångspunkt om du vill utforska ön. Själva byn är rätt liten, vilket vi visste om på förhand så vi spenderade kvällarna med middagar hemma på gården. Vi hyrde bil under tiden, vilket jag skulle säga är ett måste för att kunna ta sig till andra ställen. Det går bussar till Palma, men inte så frekvent, så vi fick ta Uber för ca 40-50 EUR per väg för att ta oss in till stan en kväll. Kan varmt rekommendera både Antonio som värd och själva boendet.

This is an amazing place to stay. It is set up in the mountains with magnificent views. The house was very beautiful and comfortable with a great pool. There is plenty of seating to lounge around and enjoy the sun and sunsets with a drink in the evening. The projector screen was a nice change from the usual TV. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. There is a great local bakery in the village. Neshat was a very kind host and very easy to communicate with.

Min familie og jeg (6 voksne og 3 børn) har haft et godt ophold i en uge i Carla hus 😊☀️. Alt var som beskrevet og fungerede perfekt. Husets placering på Paseo de la Playa (promenaden langs stranden) gør det utroligt velegnet til familier med små børn. Carla er en dejlig imødekommende vært, som tager godt imod sine gæster og svarer hurtigt på spørgmål og gerne hjælper.

Very cool house in the lovely town of Portocolom. There is a lot of space, multiple bathrooms, and a large beautiful courtyard and roof top. This home is fully air-conditioned and walkable to tons of restaurants and the beach. This was our first visit to Mallorca, and we ended up really enjoying Portocolom. Friendly town with lots to do, close to fabulous beaches and activities, but not overcrowded. Parking was easy too. We had a great visit!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert. Isabel hat uns vor der Anreise schon kontaktiert, um die Details zum Check in zu besprechen. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist dank ihrer Hinweise gut zu finden. Die Einfahrt ist für große Autos sehr eng aber machbar. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und die Lage direkt bei Valldemossa (fußläufig erreichbar) super. Ein Hinweis zu den Einfahrbeschränkungen mit PKW in Valldemossa hat uns leider gefehlt. Isabel war jederzeit super per WA zu erreichen und hat sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert.

Wir hatten einen rundum fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Finca auf Mallorca! Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, hervorragend ausgestattet und absolut komfortabel – genauso, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das riesige, liebevoll angelegte Grundstück mit dem großen Pool – perfekt zum Entspannen und Genießen. Die ruhige, etwas abgeschiedene Lage trägt ideal zur Erholung bei und ist mit einem Mietwagen problemlos erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Jennifer war herzlich, professionell und völlig unkompliziert – besser geht es nicht! Es blieb kein Wunsch offen – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Finca uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

We felt very comfortable and at home right from the start. The contact with Carina & Kevin was great and they werw always there when we needed them!! :)

La maison de Ralf était géniale! Encore plus jolie que sur les photos! Le jardin est magnifique, la piscine très agréable. La literie est super confortable! Le cadre est très calme. Ralf nous a aidé pour tout ce dont on avait besoin, c’est un hôte extrêmement gentil et serviable, on a aussi aimé discuté avec lui! Nous recommandons à tous les voyageurs!

Appartement impeccable: propre, spacieux et avec tout les équipements nécessaires. Parfait pour une famille de 4. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse ombragée, nous y avons mangé tous les jours! Emplacement parfait : À moins de 10min à pied de la très belle plage d’Alcudia, à proximité de restaurant, Lidl a 2min à pied et possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue (en 5 nuits nous nous sommes toujours garés devant la porte!). Nous avons également apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Pedro qui a toujours été à l’écoute et très arrangeant. On ne peut que recommander ce logement !!!

Fantastic, this was such a lovely stay, highly recommend. Claudia was lovely and extra pillows and blankets supplied as I get very cold due to my health issues. Absolutely great Hosts, everything was well thought out and the space was calm and welcoming.

Marzena & Matthias has a great apartment, amazing view of the sea, close to bars and restaurants but distant enough to get peace and quiet. The apartment was clean and had great amenities, the two bathrooms were a plus. They are great hosts, easy to communicate with and gave us both clear practical instructions as well as local recommendations. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Die Lage, die Ausstattung der Wohnung war so gut, dass unser kurzer Aufenthalt ein einziger Genuss war. Morgens auf der Terrasse frühstücken und nach zehn Minuten Fußmarsch, in der Bucht das Meer genossen. Danke und liebe Grüße an dich, Monika.

Maxim was very communicative leading up to my stay and kept me updated on check in as I arrive long before the usual check in time. He made sure I could get in early and his son Akim checked me in and showed me around the apartment which was great! Both were very friendly, helpful and great hosts. Would definitely recommend!

Horst's place is beautiful, clean, and very well-located. Super well-equipped, so great if you want to cook your own food. The balcony is spacious and sunny, and the garden is peaceful-- lots of cute cats roaming around which we loved. The unit is located upstairs, directly above the host's home, accessible via a private entrance at the top of a spiral staircase. You feel very much like you are staying in someone's home, it is cosy and well-looked after. We did not use the pool at all, mostly because you're 15 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches, and also because it is in the host's garden/in front of their house so felt a bit like we'd be imposing! Horst was very communicative and welcoming, and we had a great time. Thanks!

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite chez David. La qualité de son logement et des contacts que nous avons eus avec lui nous ont permis de nous consacrer pleinement à la visite de l'île . Le logement est spacieux, lumineux, très bien équipé , très propre , au calme , près de toutes les commodités et des plages , très facile d'accès(à vélo , en voiture ou à pied).Une grande terrasse le rend encore plus agréable. La literie est très confortable. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine mais elle est très bien entretenue et facile d'accès. Facilité de parking à l'entrée de la copropriété , sécurisée par un digicode . Un grand merci à David qui s'est montré très réactif et à l'écoute de nos demandes(entrée anticipée dans le logement )... et n'a pas oublié le petit cadeau de bienvenue (une bouteille de sangre de toro) Pour toutes ces raisons , nous recommandons vraiment le logement de David .Nous reviendrons dès que possible !!!
