Övervåningen omfattar tre sovrum. Rum 1 har en dubbelsäng, där finns också tre garderober. Rum 2 har två enkelsängar varav den ena i våning med ett skrivbord undertill. Två garderober. Rum 3 har en enkelsäng, ett skrivbord och en garderob. Vardagsrummet har ett stort matbord med plats för 8 personer. Köket är fullt utrustat och har även ett matbord med plats för fyra personer. Ny kyl och frys. Toalett med dusch finns på övervåningen. Källarvåningen har en gillestuga med braskamin och en säng (120 cm). Här finns även bastu, toalett, dusch, tvättmaskin och ett arbetsrum.

Welcome, here you have an inexpensive accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100 meters from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. This is a cozy farmhouse that is in close proximity (about 15m) to the main building. Wifi. Netflix Noraström is well located geographically close to everything in Högakusten, 5 km to Högakusten Bridge, 20 km to the National Park, from here you can quickly get on the E4 from our farmhouse. The cottage has sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels prepared for each guest before you arrive. We take care of the cleaning after your visit, including washing the bed linens. We use self check-in!

A house located close to Hallstaberget and Hallstabacken with good conditions for slalom and cross-country skiing. Perfect if you want to experience nature but still be centrally located in Sollefteå. The house is on two floors where the bedrooms are upstairs and the kitchen and living room are downstairs. Newly renovated downstairs with new kitchen.
