Welcome, here you have a cheap home with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with everything you need to cook simpler meals. Are you interested in travel? You live right next to Bergsåker's racetrack. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. If you have a car, you are free in the parking lot belonging to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included in the rental rate rate.

Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the house. Travel cot is available for the smallest visitors. The house is fully equipped for year around living.

Welcome to a cozy apartment with a private entrance on the ground floor, centrally located with walking distance into the city center. City views from the window and forest just behind. Perfect location for exploring all that Höga Kusten has to offer! Kitchen and living room with a sofa bed where 2 can sleep and a bedroom with a 90 cm bed. Extra mattresses can be arranged if needed. Next to the toilet there is also a small laundry room. Free WiFi. Note, no smoking in the apartment or on the area.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Private and nice Swedish cabin – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.
