great place, right by the water. you live on the entire second floor, in short. large bathroom. The only thing worth thinking about is that if you have a car bigger than a hatchback (EX30, Golf, etc.), then parking can be problematic. But that's the only negative thing I can think of. We will definitely be back 😄

Nice house with great location and fantastic views of the inlet to the beautiful city. Easy with all arrangements around check-in and communication with the host. A little too challenging with terrain and stairs for my 88-year-old father, but for the mobile it is great. Thanks for four great days!

I was on a business trip and the apartment was perfect for my use. A private balcony towards the marina was an extra plus.

An absolutely amazing apartment that exceeded all expectations! Modern, spacious and elegantly decorated, with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is fully equipped, bed is incredibly comfortable! The location is perfect – quiet area, but at the same time short distance to the city center. The safest experience I've had in the context of renting a place to stay on a trip. Spacious, clean, and tidy vacation rental that verbatim is consistent with listing descriptions. Access to indoor pool, hot tub and sauna a stone's throw away from the unit. We got to use these amenities without a time limit. Very comfortable! Host Mergim, is by far one of the very nicest I have greeted. Incredibly tidy, safe, helpful and flexible. Good communication as needed during the entire stay. Highly recommended for any person who values a safe host on an equal footing with accommodation. Mergim is top notch. 10/10 ⭐️

Overall an awesome experience. Very special location by living on an island 3-4min away from the land in a very modern house. Jørgen is a great host and is very helpful. The communication was very easy and fast.

Very happy with your stay. Kid-friendly with nearby playgrounds. Big plus with access to swimming pool. The apartment was well equipped with what you need, even toys for the little ones. The whole family had a great time. Cozy and accommodating host. Nice to travel to all year long. We were there on Easter. 30 min drive to Dyreparken, but it was worth it.

We had a wonderful long weekend in the great holiday apartment! We were two families and 10 people, and had plenty of room. The apartment was very clean and nice, tastefully furnished and well equipped! We particularly appreciated the access to the indoor pool, and playgrounds just outside. Very nice host. I highly recommend the place!

Beautiful inviting place. Per Kristian & Christine we’re very hospitable. My kids loved the wide open space, playing with their kittens, puppy, chickens and even made friends with their son. The view of the river and the green surroundings were very peaceful. Christine also brought us around her garden to share her plants and house history with us. Amazing time!

The accommodation was great in its location, comfort and facilities, and Tor was very welcoming and helpful, responding quickly to messages. Highly recommended.

I can definitely recommend this place if you want a quiet and idyllic pearl along the sea. The place is ideal for relaxing days to recharge the batteries and enjoy the Norwegian summer. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and acquaintances!

Small apartment in which everything is present except a coffee machine. We stayed here for three nights for our transit and it is perfect. You can walk to the city in no time, there are plenty of supermarkets nearby. Pay attention if you are taller than 1.88m. I myself just fit in the bed.

A perfect apartment for a stay in Kristiansand, the apartment has everything you need and the location is very nice near the water and very central in the center of Kristiansand.
