This magical treehouse was built by Pete Nelson 25 years ago and recently renovated with help from his crew. It sits in living trees on our 5 acre property next to its own little pond and fountain. Green Gables Lakehouse

Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Some say the cabin has a nautical feel with galley kitchen, wood paneling and brass light fixtures. In the bathroom, copper pipes become towel racks. Outside there are deck chairs and more by the water along with a meditation maze made from beach stones. The lighthouse is a short beach walk away. Fully stocked kitchen, full bath, and a huge live edge bar for beautiful sunset dining. Enjoy relaxing days on the water in North Cove, which, after 1:00 pm, is the only "no wake zone" on the lake.

Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.
