Condo vacation rentals in Smoky Mountain

We loved our stay at Otto's - the apartment was clean, the beds were comfy, and the views were lovely. We loved having our morning cup of coffee on the balcony, watching the birds (and a couple of bunny friends, too)! Otto was super responsive to our texts and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. One thing I'll note about the area itself: while we found navigating the route to be a fun adventure, if you get nauseous or are uncomfortable driving up steep, winding mountain roads, you're probably better off staying in a different location.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place is privately located but within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. Every night my 2 year old wanted to go down to the river and play! :) We will totally be staying here again!

We couldn't have asked for it to be any better, everything was clean and tidy, no dust in the corners, no funky smells, no carpet and that is definitely a plus for me. I did not have to contact our host for anything, instructions were clear before we left home, we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again

Beautiful place to stay with an incredible view. It was quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle in Gatlinburg below. If you’re not afraid of heights, you’re on the top!

This is our second time staying with Leanna and we’ve stayed multiple times in the same resort. It’s our absolute favorite. The balcony view is beautiful. So calming. Iced coffee in the morning on the balcony overlooking the river and mountains makes it feel like a weight is lifted. We also enjoyed fishing the river. Caught multiple! We had the best time!

My friends and I had a great time staying at Renae's! The condo was adorable & it wasn't far from downtown! Renae was quick to respond when we had questions and we really appreciated that! I would 100% reccomended this place for everyone!

Place was as beautiful as the pictures. Host was very attentive and checked in through app to assure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Has a wonderful stay at this location .Balcony and views are spectacular..It was clean and had basic necessities..Host is great Google map was little confusing in locating . Răzvan had provided clear instructions on how to locate . We also felt that some renovation would add to the value .

Everything was great! On Saturday, there was a farmers market right outside in Market Square. That was nice. We really enjoyed the convenience of being in the middle of everything. The only downside which really wasn’t a big issue was that the floors are really squeaky. You could everyone walking at all times. Other than that, we had a great experience.

Not only was the space everything I was looking for but Julie was such an incredible host with her communication and kindness. I wouldn’t hesitate to book.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was absolutely stunning, with the most amazing views. The grounds were spotless and there was plenty to do in the area. We would absolutely plan on returning, and hope to do so soon!

Kylie was an amazing host! The place was clean, cozy, and had all the great amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a small hiccup with the thermostat not working at first, but Kylie was incredibly responsive and had it fixed within an hour — truly impressive response time! Thomas was very proactive with communication. The hot tub was immaculately cleaned. The location is close to all the fun in pigeon forge. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and arcade.

Perfect for parking and enjoying Old City! Super lighting and very comfortable furnishings. We can’t wait to come back. If you’re sensitive to noise- be aware you are in the middle of the fun- so Saturdays may be a bit louder. All in all- can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The views from the house are incredible. It is very peaceful. The place was clean. Nina was very helpful and responsive when needed. We used the pool and hot tub, which was a short walk down the driveway. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

Truly right in the heart of Knoxville! It was so cute and homey! The whole condo smelled like fresh clean laundry!!!!!!!! Way better than any hotel we would have picked, very relaxing! It was wonderful

fantastic view for an incredible price. Great for bear sightings too since we happened to stumble upon 2 bears just a couple minutes from the condo in comparison to us not seeing any at the parks. Would stay here again!

Very close to the NP, windy roads to get there but nicee. Beautiful view of sunrise and so close to gatlinburg downtown.

Great location! The condo is located walking distance from many attractions. It's great to be able to park and walk everywhere, without having to pay for parking. The apartment is beautifully decorated. It had all the necessary amenities. Easy check-in and check-out. The free tickets were great. The host is very responsive.

We loved everything about our stay, Ricky was great when we had an issue with the jacuzzi tub being cold, he was right on it calling the manager. Within 25-30 min of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The only complaint I have is that the jacuzzi tub never did get hot, and that was out of his control. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect! We were close to all the main attractions. We were close enough to run back and relax a little before going back out for our next adventure. We didn’t have to reach out because we had everything we needed. We will definitely try and book again the next time we decide to do another Gatlinburg/ pigeon Forge adventure.

Ron & Kathy’s home was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and we had the most incredible stay. The view from the balcony was spectacular and breathtaking. It was the highlight of our morning coffee time. The cabin was so beautifully decorated that we did not want to leave. The place couldn't have been more perfect as far as location to the parkway/strip area! This Airbnb was everything as described and more! The cabin was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable, and you could tell every detail had been thoughtfully considered for guest comfort. We highly, highly recommend Ron & Kathy’s home. They were extremely attentive and responsive hosts, always responded promptly and was very helpful with our inquiries prior to arriving. We LOVED our time and we’ve already decided that when we return to Gatlinburg, this is where we will definitely stay.

This condo was perfect for our trip. It was the cleanest rental I have ever stepped foot in! Everything was in working order and maintained meticulously. It was just the right spot, a tiny bit outside of Pigeon Forge but not too far at all from all the attractions. We definitely enjoyed the peace and quiet and beautiful surroundings. The beds were comfortable and Thomas provided plenty “start up” items for our use. We will definitely be back and will recommend to all friends and family!
