Monthly Rentals in Smoković

We stayed in the house for a week. We enjoyed it the best, that it's very private. Only one neighbor who has little insight into it. The house has a huge property that is completely fenced in, ideal for dogs. Zadar is the nearest big city and is about 15 minutes by car. (There is nothing going on in the Smokovic directly) The house is adequately equipped, towels provided. Only the dishwasher is very small but for 2 people everything is perfect. A highlight for us was the covered terrace, here you can also sit comfortably outside in the rain. An outdoor TV is also provided. The hosts are very friendly we will definitely be back

An absolute feel-good place! The house is furnished with a lot of attention to detail, sparkling clean and excellently equipped – nothing is missing. We especially loved the beautiful pool, which we could enjoy from morning to night. The garden is a small paradise and radiates peace and harmony. You can feel how much passion is in this home everywhere. The surrounding area is also fantastic – ideal for excursions, discoveries and for switching off. We felt welcome and at home from the first moment. With her cordiality and care, Bozena created a place to which one is only too happy to return. We say thank you from the heart for this unforgettable time – and will definitely be back!

We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has an en-suite bathroom, but you have to walk across the hallway. That's okay. On the ground floor is another double bedroom with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. The kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with the bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with a pool and outdoor kitchen is amazing. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would vacation here again at any time. Ivana is a very kind host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

The apartment is great, everything is very neat, with remarkable cleanliness. A luxurious apartment where you feel good. The equipment is complete. The place is quiet, you will sleep well, large closet in the bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious balcony, the living room is nice, beautiful bathroom, the only downside is the shower, low slope for drainage, the water does not drain quickly enough and it can flood the room very quickly. I recommend it.
