A comfortable and confidently located cottage. Easy access to town and Bright without the hustle and bustle. Comfortable furniture inside and dog friendly a big plus. The communal fire pit at the front was a nice touch. Recommend a stay if visiting the area

Such a beautiful stay that is only a short drive from Bright. The perfect place for a group of friends, lots of bedrooms and two sitting areas. The most beautiful outdoor area with a firepit was perfect for stargazing. The indoor fireplace made the place really cosy and it had everything we needed. Would definitely be back!

Half moon was such a stunning place to stay to relax and step away from the stresses of the city. The surroundings were so peaceful and special, waking up to birdsong and beautiful frosty grass that melted away in the rising sun with the misty mountains at your doorstep. The cottage was cozy, quaint and had absolutely everything you could need. The water took a little while to heat up (as is to be expected off grid in the middle of winter!) but it works brilliantly so just wait it out. So many details have been thought out here, local pottery for the mugs, cozy nooks, local cows milk in the fridge on arrival, beautiful wine glasses and the stunning fireplace that added that extra piece of charm. The deck was so nice to sit and take in the view and the company it was worth it even in winter! Such an amazing stay and a wonderful, homely place to disconnect from the world with no service. I will absolutely be back if I can!
