With us you live rural and close to nature, while the house is only 20 km from Visby. Beautiful hiking trails and nature reserves are available next to the property. The nearest swimming area is 10 minutes away (car). It is close to the west coast, east coast and lake (Tingstäde marsh) so swimming can be adapted to the weather and wind. In walking distance there is Bäl village farm with barbecue and mini golf that are regularly available in the summer. At the house there is a south-facing patio with charcoal grill and generous grass areas.

Excellent bike/hiking trails in fine nature and cultural landscapes with medieval buildings. 50 km to Visby. 13 km to Fårösund. 5 km to the bus stop. Car chargers are available. Access to laundry room outside the apartment. Party beds are discarded as this is a quiet family home.

Ladda över dagen med tillhörande solpanel. Laga egen mat och njut i naturen. Campingkök stolar och bord finns till ditt förfogande.

Secluded cottage in Åminne

Secluded cabin on separate plot for overnight stay for 2 people. Take a walk 500 meters to the sea and enjoy beautiful stone and sandy beaches. Very calm and pristine area for those who like lovely nature experiences and to enjoy the tranquility that nature offers. It is close to cafe, restaurants and convenience store within only a few kilometers. The accommodation has electricity, water connection as well as its own outdoor toilet and outdoor shower.

This nice house is 75m² large and located 200m from the sea. To the nearest smaller beach it is 600m. A larger beach beach can be found in the city center 2.3 km from the house. There are 3 bedrooms. One double bedroom with the other two has bunk beds. Large bathroom with shower and washing machine. Kitchen with all the necessities as well as a large lounge with both sofa group and dining area. No pets.

Cabin near the sea on our plot, Golf and Tennis opportunities nearby! Business, gas station, pharmacy, etc. are about 2km away in the city center.
