I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all the essentials (and then some!). The location was ideal—a quick drive to great restaurants, shops, and other local attractions. This stay exceeded my expectations in every way, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend it to others. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable!

Super cute. Close to everything but far enough out of the city to enjoy peace and quiet. At first the location looked a little concerning due to the condition of the neighbors house but was quickly reassured when we met the neighborhood watch folks and the neighbors. LOVED the old, deep, porceline bathtub, and the wood floors. Large can of coffee grounds in the freezer saved a trip to the store. Oh, and the pub on the corner, Eveleines, has AWESOME food. Allso, Monday restaurant and bar is equally good. Both less than 3 minutes from the house. Best Air BnB bargian in New Orleans.

We come to the area quite often to visit our grandbabies and will definitely book again. Everything was PERFECT including the friendliness of our hosts! I don’t sleep at home very good, but we all slept great here! (It’s crazy but the sheets smell so good) Thanks for everything! We will see y’all soon!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary in New Orleans, and we had a wonderful stay. We absolutely love the area — after our first day, we decided to explore locally and enjoyed all the fantastic bars and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood has such a vibrant and lively atmosphere, making it the perfect place to immerse ourselves in the NOLA experience. One thing to note is that, due to the popularity of the area and its many great dining options, parking near the AirBnB was challenging. We usually parked a few blocks away, which wasn't a big issue for us, but I thought it was worth mentioning for future guests. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the charm and excitement of New Orleans!

We had such a wonderful stay at this charming home in Covington! The location was perfect- just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had such a cozy, welcoming feel. Melissa was an exceptional host- attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. This lovely space is a gem! Folwell’s communication made check-in effortless; coffee and water provided was a nice touch. This is a beautifully restored space which felt like our own oasis in the heat of New Orleans. This location is a perfect home-base to explore on foot and we took advantage of the French Quarter, Bywater, and beyond. We hope to stay here again when in the area and strongly recommend others do the same!

This Airbnb was in a great location close to the beach. Plus the big pool was awesome.

An Amazingly Charming Stay in the Heart of New Orleans! This home perfectly captures the spirit of New Orleans. The exterior has that classic, historic charm I dream about when I think of the city, and the interior beautifully balances vintage character with modern comforts—those beds were incredibly comfortable! The original hardwood floors and thoughtful furnishings made it feel both cozy and stylish. Just a heads-up: this is a true New Orleans shotgun house, so the rooms flow one into the next with no hallways. It’s also a duplex with shared walls, so sound can carry—something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. That said, the charm and location more than made up for it. We felt completely safe walking to and from the French Quarter (just a 15-minute walk), even late at night. The hosts were responsive, kind, and made everything easy. I would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

We had a lovely peaceful stay at Paula’s place and it really gave us the feel of a true NOLA experience. The location was perfect for visiting Magazine street and enjoying the beautiful houses around the garden district. Transportation from the place was convenient with the street car stop right out front.

I was very happy with the stay! Perfect location near the beach and restaurants. Very clean, the owners are responsive and helpful. I love the delicious muffins that were left for me upon my arrival and the rooms were cozy and contained everything that I needed. Great coffee, nice towels, beach towels and bikes were available if I needed them. This will be my go to location when visiting family in Ocean Springs. Thank you!

Overall, we had a great stay. The house was really nice for what it was worth. The only issue was, the outside doesn't look to appealing. It looks disheveled and on a semi-busy street. If you are in the front 2 rooms (living room and 1st bedroom) you can hear the cars whizzing by. The 2nd/3rd bedrooms you can't really hear. The stay overall was very accommodating. The host was very responsive, the beds/linens were nice, comfy and clean. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but it did it's job. If you're on a budget, I'd definitely consider this for other guests.

I would give 10 stars! My main draw was that dogs are welcome guests (not just “allowed”) and it did not disappoint. I brought my 2 mid-size, well behaved dogs. The yard was large and fully fenced. Her dogs are also well behaved so no issues there, and Kelly even helped me by letting my dogs out when I had to leave them behind for several hours. She was fantastic and made everything stress free. Helpful with dogs and recommendations. Oh, The hot tub … ahhh! I enjoyed that soak each evening. The few house rules stated were straightforward and no issue at all. As a solo traveler I enjoyed that Kelly and her husband were on site. The apartment is beneath their raised house. It is completely separate entrance area and i didn’t feel watched, I felt like i had awesome neighbors i could call on for anything. Very quiet area witlots of space to roam. Pups and I can’t wait to plan another visit. Lots to do in area: 15-20 minutes to downtown Ocean Springs for great art, shopping, dining.

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

This place is fantastic! Exactly what we were hoping for and more! CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL & A+ STAFF! We walked everywhere while here and felt right at home! The hot tub and pool were perfect at the end of each day. The weather got nasty but the courtyard and pool area were still wonderful!!Michael responds to messages ASAP and was super helpful! We will stay here every time we come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our very large family enjoyed this house. It has an unusual arrangement due to being able to rent individual rooms but once we understood the concept we felt safe and secure. Wished there had been a way to understand that before hand instead of being caught by surprise by there being another person. We never crossed pathes with the other person.

Great location. Private but easy access to multiple activities. An easy walk to the beach. Two great pools and hot tubs within easy walking distance. Nice neighbors. Responsive host. Kitchen was nicely stocked for minor cooking. Two bedrooms with legate access to bathrooms. Garage to some vehicle in. Will definitely stay again.
