Newly built house/cabin with its own dock for rent by Lake Vällan in Falun. In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun. There are both rowing boats and SUPs that allow for trips out on Vällan. During the winter, there is the possibility of both long-distance skating and cross-country skiing when the track and trails are prepared if the weather and surface allow. The house is about 50 m2 and has a small kitchen, dining area, sofa with TV, fully equipped bathroom and bedroom. In the back of the house, there is a washing machine, dishwasher and storage.

The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. Here you can easily jump into the water in the summer at the swimming area that is 100 meters away or why not skate in the winter. The house is built next to beautiful Vassboherrgård and is a perfect accommodation all year round.

Rent our pool house! Newly built "apartment" of about 25 sqm with spacious hall, bathroom with laundry facilities and room with kitchen, sofa and 160 cm bed. Bedlinen and towels are included, you do not need to bring your own. Parking directly outside included. You can store your skis or bikes in locked space if you wish. About 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country tracks, bathhouses, bike trails and the university Dalarna. 3 minutes drive to the city center and grocery stores.

I detta nyrenoverade hus anno 1700-talet hittar ni en varm och mysig atmosfär med vackra nejder i Byn Hovgården. Gångavstånd till bad, sjöar och slingriga stigar som väntar på att bli utforskade. Med bil når ni Romme Alpin eller Borlänge Centrum på 12 minuter. Även många andra vackra sevärdheter och naturreservat finns i närheten som till ex. Gyllbergen, Turistvägen Silverringen. Möjlighet att hyra cyklar, kanot, kayak och vedeldad bastu finns. Och vi delar gärna våra favorit platser med er:)

A small amazing cozy house that is well planned with kitchen, bathroom and loft where the bed is located. Proximity to all Borlänge/Falun/Dalarna has to offer, with slalom in Romme Alpin in the winter, the natural paradise Gyllbergen winter/summer and falu mine etc. NOTE: Bed linens and towels are included, but you will have to make the bed before departure. The cottage needs to be cleaned before departure. You are welcome to ask questions and we are happy to help with tips for your stay!
