Fully furnished garage loft (32 sqm) rented at Kvannes in Høvåg. The property is idyllically close to the seaside. Bathing and fishing spots, hiking areas etc are only a few minutes of walking away. Blindleia is 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage loft has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs. In the living room there is a Hemnes daybed with good mattresses (sleeps 2). Max 6 persons.

Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. The apartment is a part of 1etg in existing residential house with a private entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and cozy It consists of a bedroom with two beds, private bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. There's also a separate secluded patio with a dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and fits nicely for e.g. 2 children The area is quiet and kid-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks that are possible to hire. Wifi in the apartment.

The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.
