Now our guest house with sauna is ready for those of you who want to rent a cozy cottage with 6 beds, wonderful view of the lake and Järvsös ski slopes. Bathing jetty with free access to rowboat May-Sept. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you go to the slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3 (electric car charging is available). The lake is tracked under the correct weather conditions, so if you want to go long, it is possible. The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 1 bathroom and fireplace and is our little paradise!

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are taken by the guest or can be rented for 150 SEK/set. TV and Wi-Fi are available. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table and a wood-burning sauna. In summertime there is also heated swimming pool. An additional accommodation in large apartment can also be rented.

Here you will find a private jetty, smaller beach for swimming and good opportunities for outdoor cooking. We fill up water before check-in and it can be picked up smoothly at nearby water source. The toilet is equipped with a new incineration toilet.

The "Little House" is located in Arbrå on the east side of the river Ljusnan. A detached house on our property where we also live. The house is carefully and charmingly renovated. Proximity to nature, 5 min walking distance to swimming in Ljusnan, 20 min walk to downtown, 15 min walk to Arbrå sim and sports hall, 10 min drive to Orbaden spa and " Hälsinglands riviera", 35 min drive to Järvsö with skiing and biking. To Bollnäs it takes 20 minutes by private car .

This special place is close to everything, in the middle of nice Brånan. It is walking distance to bathhouse, exercise track and hospital. The apartment has its own entrance by secluded part of the garden. We live in the rest of the house and our laundry room adjacent to part of the apartment. It is small cosy apartment that has everything one could need for a few nights, here we have focused on simplicity but convenience.
