In this beautiful house you live spaciously and with your own garden in the middle of Simrishamn. It is close to the sea, beach and lovely walks. You have the city's restaurants around the corner but also a lovely environment for cooking, barbecuing and enjoying in a wonderful setting. The kitchen is amazing for those who love to cook and outside the door there is both a barbecue and generous dining area in the sun. The house has lovely atmosphere and many comfortable rooms to hang out, a cozy library and charming veranda. There's a place to enjoy.

It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails found in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

The location is fantastic, secluded and surrounded by varied nature with proximity to the magnificent Stenshuvud National Park etc. The cottage itself is very cozy and tastefully decorated. However, it was a bit chilly when it was not warm, but it was possible to fix it by arranging a fire in the stove. The communication was good. Can recommend this place!

It's a wonderful house in Swedish light blue, built by one of its owners himself, literally a 200 footsteps away from the rocky beach, with only one street in between. You can hear the sea while you are in bed with the windows open. What a lovely way to wake up in the morning! The house, surrounded by a spacious garden with a terrace, contains everything you want from a holiday home: a spacious living room with an open kitchen (with enough pots and pans, cups and saucers, cutlery and plates), a big bathroom with a good shower and 2 bedrooms plus extra beds on the landing. But what will captivate you most is the bright sparkling atmosphere and the peace and rest you are looking for during a holiday. An absolute smashing place!

We three old girlfriends stayed a windy and rainy night in one of Ulf's apartments. We had such a great time in the clean and nice apartment. The beds in the bedroom and sofa bed were very comfortable, so we got a good night's sleep. We thank Ulf very much for his welcoming way and will be happy to return.

We enjoyed a lot our stay at Mat’s loft. It was easy to find the location and get in. We got very good instructions before check in. The beautiful unique building that was before an old bank. Loft as described, huge and was very clean and cozy. Had everything that we needed for our stay. Very nice fenced garden. Parking is just outside the building and free. Mats was very helpful and quick on responding. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Österlen.

We appreciated the beautiful house. The bathroom is absolutely spectacular and as per the picture, very beautiful. The pig Bella was kind with us and our babies and toddler loved interacting with her and feeding her. We were able to meet the chickens and the horses. The location is great.
