Wander straight into the deciduous forests and the nature reserve of Listarumåsen on the farmless trail, just a few hundred meters from the house. Welcome to our paradise!

Beautifully located on Österlen with proximity to the sea, 3 km to amazing sandy beaches . The house is about 350 sqm and has space for two/three families and plenty of space for running and playing. The house is our private home and everything in the house you can use. Proximity to the picturesque city of Ystad with all the necessary trade, Copenhagen can be reached in just over an hour via the Öresund Bridge. Kvarnen is a couple of minutes drive from Ale Stenar and the fishing location Kåseberga, but also the famous bakery Olof Viktors.

Unique home under a water ceiling, pool, and playground

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a regular comment we received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with clear marine feel in New England style. The layout is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has a certain privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamnship, there's a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull off. The beds have reading lamps and power outlets for charging. EV charging box. Sauna and pool.

Gislöv Beach Club

Here in the heart of Österlen we have found our paradise on earth; with wonderful pool, view and place to hang out. With the best location on Österlen you could easily discover everything around and find your golden grains. The house is a classic nineteenth-century cave, but with plenty of charm. The house includes about 180 sqm plus basement and garage so there is plenty of space for socializing both inside and out. It is about 2 km down to beautiful Gislövs hammer where there is a sandy beach.

A warm welcome to Villa Golf, new in 2025. Enjoy a wonderful private oasis in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to two of the most appreciated golf courses in southern Sweden. Indoors we find three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Through a large sunroom we access the garden, heated pool, hot tub, a grassy area and furnished several patios. The area of Österlen offers great beaches, picturesque fishing villages, cultural events and much more.

The property has a nice plot with a large wooden deck where you can enjoy both swimming pool (not heated) and hot tub. The sea is only a 2 minute walk away. The home is equipped with a fireplace, sauna and gym machine. The listing has another resident wall to wall (but locked in between). It won't be rented out to other guests at the same time, but the hosts will stay there sometimes.

We are surrounded by forests and some of Swedens best beaches, hiking & biking trails. ​ Situated just outside the beautiful village of Rörum and located less than 10 mins drive from the incredible Knäbäckshusens beach, there are endless possibilities to hike, bike, swim & play sport... or simply do nothing other than sleep and take a dip in our heated pool, followed by a wood fired sauna.
