A bright apartment in a single storey villa for rent. Access to private patio and garden part surrounded by lavender. The location is quiet and located in a scenic setting, with walking distance to the sea and to Tjörnedala art gallery. Baskemölla is a beautiful fishing village with ancient origins, 5 km north of Simrishamn, there is a swimming area and its own harbor. The location of the house is great for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the privacy of the garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.

Welcome to Grönhems farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a crosswood area dating back to the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling grazing for our horses in the hilly landscape of Österlen. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests close to the farm. The apartment has an open plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Architect-designed little house in Baskemölla in Österlen. Immaculate inside 2023. Close by is the sea and a great nature. Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafés and shops. To the north you take the wonderful promenade in the footsteps of Carl von Linnaeus towards the fishing community of Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the little grains of gold that Österlen has to offer. Note: Rental 2024 v23-v28 (weekly) and V34-36 (weekly) check-in Sunday.
