Large garden. Surrounding area consists of beech and spruce forest. Located at Verkeåns nature reserve with hiking trails. 10 minutes by car to beach Haväng/Vitemölla. Bring your bike and jogging shoes and get out! Note: Dog has been in house! And neighbors are there, but they are few. Some traffic.

Sea location in Baskemölla. Entire home.

Architect-designed little house in Baskemölla in Österlen. Immaculate inside 2023. Close by is the sea and a great nature. Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafés and shops. To the north you take the wonderful promenade in the footsteps of Carl von Linnaeus towards the fishing community of Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the little grains of gold that Österlen has to offer. Note: Rental 2024 v23-v28 (weekly) and V34-36 (weekly) check-in Sunday.

This is a summer house a few minutes with car from one of the best beaches in Sweden. It is renovated, but it is no luxury. You will have a full house with a private location with view over the fields. There are some old bikes at the house you can use and you have a 10 minute ride down to the beach. There are 2 small bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom with toilet and shower, living room with fireplace, sofa and tv, as well as kitchen (no dishwasher or washing machine).
