Nestled in a peaceful, secluded spot surrounded by Colorado’s natural beauty, it was the perfect escape from the hustle of daily life. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We loved starting our mornings with coffee on the porch, listening to the birds and soaking in the fresh mountain air. Evenings by the fire (indoor or outdoor!) were just as amazing. Our hosts were communicative, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. Whether you're looking for adventure, or just a quiet weekend to unwind, this cabin is the perfect spot. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

We recently stayed at Jay’s place in Alma for a ski trip, and we had the best time. The accommodation was perfect and, honestly, one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The level of detail he’s put into all the little things makes for such an exceptional stay. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice, cozy stay away from the noise but close to the ski field.

We loved staying at the cabin. Is not even 5 min drive to Main Street. The place was very clean and the cabin is stunning. Only think I would advise is check some windows lockers but no complaints.

Listening to the water flow while in the hot tub is an experience like no other! But the indoor fire stove was my favorite feature of the house. It’s not mentioned but the surrounding area is very dark and depending on the moon cycle you can faintly see the Milky Way with the naked eye! Highly recommend if the skies are clear out and it’s close to a new moon. We had a wonderful stay and I plan on trying to stay here again the next time I’m in the area. Thanks again to Jill, she is a wonderful host!

Great location close to Breckenridge, and cool fishing locally. everything about the property was as advertised.

What an incredible place. Totally secluded and a magical peaceful retreat in the woods. The hot tub and sauna were perfect and the sounds of the creek as you lay in the hammock reading. The bed was comfortable and nice touches with the espresso maker, French press and freshly baked cookies.

Amazing house and location! The house description is accurate, would highly recommend to rent and we will definitely want to stay again. Close to downtown Breck and lots of outdoor activities. Bonus - we saw multiple moose in the area during our stay.

Anna was an amazing host. The home was exactly what we were looking for and more. The property is a hidden gem in the mountains, with no real need to leave because it came with all of the amenities needed for a relaxing weekend. The views were immaculate and there were plenty of stars to gaze at after the sun went down. Anna was communicative before and during our stay and provided us with everything we needed to make us feel right at home. We’d recommend her to any guest looking for a peaceful weekend away.

This place was great! The mountain views were spectacular, and the house had everything we needed. We made great use of the sauna - got it up to almost 180 degrees! We had some complications during our stay, and the host was extremely accommodating. They handled everything professionally with responsive communication. Overall, we had an awesome trip. We'll be coming back!

Loved this cozy place!! It had everything we needed. Town is only a 20 minute drive if you need anything. There are many activities to do but we mostly hiked. We hiked up St. Mary’s Glacier and up Yankee Hill Trail and there is so much beauty in the area!! Absolutely breathtaking views, all around the cabin. The deck was our favorite place to sit and the outdoor fire pit was an unexpected bonus! Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

Our family had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our cabin stay. We celebrated my son’s birthday and Mother’s Day together. My son always likes to go on a trip/experience for his birthday and this was the cabin he chose. Picturesque views. Weather was great. The cabin really helps you feel right at home while soaking up the relaxation. We really had a great time.

Excellent cabin and very friendly owner and staff. We did not walk to Harrison St, it was a little too far for us. They are adding a music venue and bar to this location, and that will be very nice. Overall, I would definitely stay here again; it was worth every penny we paid.

I had an excellent stay at this location. Cozy cabin on the mountain with some standout amenities. Hard to come up with anything bad or negative to say about the experience. Location is as-described in the listing. Getting to the location was not an issue. Private and surrounded by everything you would expect for a mountain local. Clean air, lots of trees, great views and the sound of nearby creek was a nice bonus. The dog had a good time with it. Projector was simple enough to use, very bright and kinda fun watching the screen lower and raise into place. Really enjoyed the upstairs bedroom and the motorized roof window that opens up. Great to watch the stars and listen to nature at night. The sound of the creek was awesome once you opened up the window. Had a restful and deep sleep for the stay. The bathtub was probably the only downside. I am too tall to fit into it comfortably at 6 feet. Would highly recommend this location for anyone looking to get away and recharge.

This cabin is just beautiful, albeit remote as advertised. Unfortunately, I had to work during the week we were there and the internet was great and reliable. Just for awareness, there is no cellular coverage for the 3 mile path to the cabin; however, using our devices over Wifi worked just fine. The cabin is nicely furnished and just a short drive into the town of Fairplay and 20 minutes from Breckenridge. The host was awesome and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful cabin. Peaceful with beautiful views the hot tub was awesome at night and in the morning. Our dogs absolutely loved it there and I can’t wait to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin! It was even more beautiful than described, and Amy and Cyrus were terrific hosts. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway close to some of Colorado’s finest hiking trails!

Home was spacious with great views, privacy, and comfy beds. Check-in/out was easy, it was quiet, and the Starlink internet was fast. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it felt like a great deal compared to resort town spots. It was mostly clean, but some areas needed a deeper scrub. The master bedroom and bath, right by the kitchen, weren’t as private as we’d hoped. The living room couch was sagging bad and needs replacing. It took a couple days to figure out the various thermostats for good sleep temps, and the water faucets cut out briefly sometimes. The dryer took forever to fully dry clothes. Still, we’d likely stay again and give it 5 stars overall because of the great value.

The location is beautiful. We were looking for great views and peace and quiet — and that’s exactly what we got. The interior was clean and well-organized. The balcony offered amazing views, and we enjoyed watching active hummingbirds throughout our stay. Although the owners live next door, the way the property is set up, you don’t see or hear them at all — it feels very private. There are lots of interesting antique items around the outside of the property as you pull in, which adds a unique charm. Overall, a great stay!

The space was perfect for a family trip to the woods. Peaceful and comfortable. The pictures are great, but don’t do justice to all the magical little details of the house. The hot tub was relaxing and clean, we spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck. The hosts were kind and communicative.

My husband, my dog, and I loved staying here! It was very comfortable and the views out the front window are amazing! Chanie was very responsive and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. My favorite part was sitting in the hot tub listening to the birds sing and looking at all the gorgeous spring flowers. I highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay high up on the mountainside in this cozy cabin with the most spectacular sunrises. The hosts were helpful and friendly. The kitchen is well stocked and they provided lots of coffee options and even a welcome bottle of wine. We were thrilled with the beautiful set of original & fully functional appliances!!! It was an easy drive to red rocks amphitheater, and the surrounding area is beautiful for enjoying what nature has to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

This house had a great floor plan, room to spread out, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our time here!
