Located in the Sunderland Bay area on Phillip Island Victoria, home of the world famous Penguin Parade, within 10 minutes walk of Surfies Point Surf beach and 3 km from safe surf beach at Smiths Beach. The cottage built in 2014 is modern, fully self- contained, perfect for couples or a family with off street parking and safe play yard for children. Wheelchair ramp, Highchair & portable cot.

Ideal for small families or group of friends, it accommodates up to six guests with three light-filled bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.
