Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Little House is a private one-story home, set back from the street, with off-street parking room for large vehicles (Truck-Trailer or camper van) or four cars. There is also a small grass yard. Inside a well-equipped kitchen, washer-dryer combo, microwave and out door furniture are available for use. Pets and children are welcome. Little House is under a mile to downtown Mount Vernon and guests regularly walk there for dining, breweries and entertainment. Custom reccomendations are free!

This peaceful, fully stocked house has an unbelievable lakefront view! A no gas engine boat policy makes the lake perfect for swimmers, paddle boarding and utilizing the provided kayaks and pedal boat. During the spring and fall, forage for mushrooms on site in our old growth woods. In winter, Skagit’s snow birds come and go at sunrise/set to sleep on the lake, watch and photograph them from our lakeside fire pit. An ideal place to explore, unplug, connect.
