We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The house is set within olive groves, fruit trees, and forests, with stunning views all around. Old farmhouse probably of the 17th century or eighteenth century completely renovated with a large garden with pergola where you can eat or read a book, another smaller space always with pergola and two other spaces in the sun (a garden and a patio).
