Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole.

Welcome to our extra home! This is a home that has been in our family for three generations, ever since the plots were divided up and became a vacation home area. Here you can relax as if it were your own cottage where you enjoy proximity to nature and swimming. In contrast, Stockholm City is only 40 minutes away! The plot offers a fantastic view of Kaggfjärden, pastures and fields. The house is winterized and has been used as both a vacation home and permanent residence. Come here and enjoy!

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. The large garden is super nice and perfect for everything from soccer and kubb to picnics or just relaxing in the sun.
