Vacation rentals with a patio in Shelter Island

This is a lovely upstairs apartment about a half mile from a small marina with several good restaurants. You will want to get to the beach in Madison, a state park, rather than the Clinton beach which has high fees for non-residents. With that said, the gate is not attended after 6 pm when I sat and ate a lobster roll and then explored some of the history plaques to be found on the point. Catherine’s place was the perfect site for me to rest after a Hoffman retreat.

My friends and I loved staying at Amanda’s place. We were greeted by her homemade baked goods stand which was delicious. The apartment was charming, sparkly clean, felt very safe and was within walking distance of Greenport town area. Amanda was also very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the North Fork area!

Lisa's apartment is exactly as depicted in the AirBnb listing. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, close to the village of Sag Harbor and down the block from a beautiful private beach. Given the cost of hotels in this area this apartment is an excellent value. While we did not speak or meet during our stay Lisa provided clear directions with regard to finding the home, parking and how to enter and left us her cell phone number in case we needed anything.

We stayed for our honeymoon - long weekend and first time Hamptons visitors. Very clean, organized and cozy space with nice decorations. All amenities listed were available. We really enjoyed the hot tub and firepit, very peaceful and private area. You should have a car to get around to restaurants, shops, and other outdoor activities. Lots of areas were walking, bike, and scooter friendly. There were so many beautiful views of the water!! Would stay here again, great value.

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. We had a wonderful stay in North Fork, Long Island! The area is absolutely charming—peaceful, scenic, and full of character. From the beautiful beaches and vineyards to the local farm stands and quaint towns, everything about the North Fork feels like a perfect escape from the hustle of daily life. The Airbnb itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—if not better! The kitchen was absolutely amazing! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was so easy to communicate with the host and I received many recommendations regarding things to do in the area as well as local dining establishments to try. We especially loved how close we were to wineries and local restaurants. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to enjoy the natural beauty, fresh air, and small-town charm of Long Island’s North Fork. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family had the most amazing weekend at this home. Benjamin was very responsive and accommodating. There was not a detail missed in the home and outdoor environments. Even though it rained we had a full day of entertainment at the home. You will not be disappointed.

Ashley’s house is the perfect get away. I booked this house for my family to stay for my wedding weekend. My mom had never stayed in an Airbnb before and I’ve never seen her so happy and relaxed. She truly enjoyed her first Airbnb experience at Ashley’s place. It was exactly as described and the view is beautiful. Ashley was very responsive and made sure to answer any questions I had.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out super easy. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, perfect for relaxing after a day out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is the second time we've stayed at Veva's home and it will not be the last. The home is nestled beautifully in a quiet neighborhood. Sitting outside is tranquil and relaxing. The home is beautifully furnished and extremely clean & well maintained. It is private with ample space to park. In a matter of minutes, you can be in Sag Harbor for dinner, at the beach, or take a short drive to Montauk. The location is perfect for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life but still close enough to all the great locations and activities the Hamptons have to offer. We will be coming back for many years to come.

Perfect spot for a Montauk getaway. Walking distance to everything dockside has to offer, great pool and lounge chairs on the property, very simple check-in via code with the front desk. Nick was kind and communicative our whole stay. We’ll be coming back!

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Adam’s cozy cottage was exactly what I needed! I was visiting for a work event and I needed a quiet base-of-operations to answer emails and take calls. The unit was pristine, much more space than I anticipated. Hot shower, full kitchen, comfy couch, and a big bed. When I was ready to turn down, the stillness and quiet was breathtaking. Complete darkness. Whether you need an extended office / room for a business trip like me, or if you want a quiet, isolated getaway near Sag, this is the spot. Thanks Adam!
