The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Relax as the sea breeze and sound of the surf are all at your doorstep. We have just added a 55 inch Smart TV and now have WiFi . (Log in details given when booked). Please note the our place is cleaned by a certified cleaner where the upmost care is taken to ensure you feel confident that hygienic procedures have been followed.
