We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house is even better than described—spacious, immaculate, and so comfortable. The kitchen was a dream, stocked with every possible utensil and appliance we could need. Penny and Peter were incredible hosts-kind, responsive, and thoughtful. They added so many special touches that made us feel right at home. Our kids had an amazing time, they didn’t want to leave! We’d love to come back and highly recommend this listing to families or anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped retreat.

Amazing location and a spotlessly clean house. Incredibly well equipped kitchen and lots of kayaks at our disposal. Really couldn’t fault our stay and Kerrie and John were lovely hosts. Very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay and the view was incredible. All rooms were very comfortable and there is enough bathrooms for one per room. Each area of the house is more segregated than it appeared, however it would be perfect for families who want to travel together. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was immaculate and spacious. We were warmly received and the house was welcoming and felt like home. John and Kerrie were lovely to talk to but we still had plenty of privacy and space. Our favourite things were the location and the front verandah was a hit, it’s was super relaxing and we think the best lawn in the street. Thanks so much for having us and 100% recommend.

It was an excellent stay, close to a mall that provided everything we needed, the lake was exceptional, was perfect for my kids too! A lot of entertainment, there was a lovely projector outside and pool that was easy to function. The washing machine and dryer were quite old but could do the job after a few washes. Lots of blankets and the heater worked great.

Vivienne is a very good host and extremely responsive We loved the place, was only less than 30 min drive from our home yet it felt secluded, private and very peaceful. The amenities were top class and the open plan living area was perfect for small family gathering. The master’s bedroom was private and spacious with beautiful bush sceneries. We’d recommend this place to friends and families and will definitely go back.

My guests and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The rooms were incredibly spacious and well-designed. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach which was patrolled and dog-friendly! James was highly responsive and accommodating, making the experience seamless. This place truly exceeded our expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and convenient beach retreat.

Laura and Rogers place was amazing and it had everything you would need for a weekend away. The size of the place was impressive and all the bedrooms were decent sized and had everything guests needed. The main living space was very accommodating to a large group and the views from the balcony were stunning. Can't fault the place at all and will definitely be back in the future.

Maria's Little Gem is just that, a little gem. Everything you could want for a quiet overnight or a long stay. It's a short distance from Bowral CBD which is nice to have the quiet :)

There was a problem with the booking going through to John, but upon realising they were able to ensure the room was available and it was beautiful. The property is stunning and it was a lovely surprise to learn about the history of the Inn. Beautiful new unit, lovely and clean and nice position to get to both Mittagong and Bowral.

Excellent accomodation close to heart of town and beach. Modern and spacious. Clean and well appointed. Highly recommended.

Such a cosy stay! The gas heater warms the place up so well and you don’t even know you are living at the back of someone’s house. Bed is really comfortable and the bath is a welcoming addition after a day at the beach. Kathy & Rod were really flexible with check out times and lots of little surprises were left on arrival for us. A lovely place to stay in Kiama.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Rental Specialists. The place was clean, and fun to stay in, especially with the wet weather. The hot spa was great, and the TV/foxtel provided was great along with the pool table. Thanks again!

I spent the long weekend at this Airbnb with my girlfriends. It was amazing to stop and rewind. The woodfire heater was the highlight of the place. We loved it! Ben was super friendly helped us start the fire and dropped off a few items we needed for cooking. The couch was comfy and lots of cute country side views around the place.

We were stopping off on a road trip from Brisbane to Melbourne. This was a perfect place to stay overnight

All I want to say is..Thank you to Barranca Team that allowed us to stay at they truly amazing facility/villa Jacaranda, perfect place to escape from the city traffic and everyday routine /rush to relax and recharge. The owner was understanding, caring, going above and beyond to show concern for our well-being. Unfortunately, last minute, we had to change our plans for arrival due to an illness the owner contacted us immediately to show their concern & offer support. Unfortunately, the illness resulted in us having to cancel our trip, but the owner was there to support us, asking to be kept updated on our illness & offering help where they could. I would class their service as the most amazing support & customer service I have received when staying with any Airbnb to date. We had researched this location for months before booking, not only researching other people’s reviews that were outstanding but also online photos and satellite images. The location is amazing. The house is beautiful, & the farm animals, unfortunately, we were unable to see, but we are excited to book again in the future to get the opportunity. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone for a getaway or romantic stay.

truly a beautiful stay. the home was clean, comfortable and homely. spending nights by the fire place rugged up watching movies to listening to the nature in the mornings upon waking up, this place gives you a piece of home away from home. Peter was extremely easy to speak with and very helpful with any questions that needed answering, he was attentive and friendly. the amenities were nothing short of fantastic with everything you need. the only thing you need to bring is yourself, some food/drinks and you are all set to relax and enjoy the stunning property and it’s amazing views. will definitely be back to stay and try out another one of the lovely homes on the estate! First time in Australia, and what a way to start! We had a great stay in the Bowral area, the house ticked every box we had – location / size / amenities to name a few; it was close (walking 2min) to where we needed to be daily - Milton Park Hotel, and all comms with Sara went very well, with assistance on any queries we had – sometimes on a daily basis! My stay at Palya @ Jingella was wonderful! The villa is beautiful and tucked away in an excellent location. It is fantastic to see so much wildlife each day! I’m looking forward to returning and highly recommend this stay!

Doug and Marg were extremely accommodating in the lead up to our wedding and easily changing dates for us when we needed to. They were quick to respond, easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. We will absolutely be staying there again.
