Horse Farm Haven is a studio apartment with a beautiful view of the Monroe and Cove mountains as it overlooks J Family Equine's horse facilities and the beautiful Monrovian countryside. There is an enclosed back porch where you can sit and listen to the farm animals and enjoy the peaceful feel of the country. There are also local hot springs less than 10 minutes down the road! Guests with dogs will need to abide by my rules for dogs. Message the host for details before booking. No cats allowed.

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an open loft with two queen beds. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but we charge a 20 fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

It is convenient, relaxing & beautiful; a perfect stop while traveling cross-country or visiting Utah's Big 5 National Parks. Cozy, quiet cottage in the heart of Monroe. Recently remodeled and ready to provide a relaxing stay for a couple or possibly three. Our home boasts a fully stocked kitchen, two smart TVs and new, cozy furnishings throughout. A pull out twin sized hide-a-bed is also included for that third guest. Our central location puts guests close to the Mystic Hot Springs, miles of OHV trails, as well as multiple National parks that are 1.5 to 2 hours away. Landscaping coming soon!

This is an 1800s original ranch house that has been modified to include modern amenities. This property has two beds and one bath. The kitchen features apartment-sized appliances and is stocked with basic items. This unit includes a washer and dryer, mainly because we know people come to our area to explore and get dirty. The Cabin is centrally located to ATV and hiking trails, Monroe Paragliding, Hot Springs, Hunting, and fishing.

Union Pacific Caboose. At Big Rock Candy Mountain!

The Union Pacific Caboose was built in the 1970's and ran along the Southern Pacific Railroad for several years before it was retired. When it was sitting in the train yard it was set on fire in the 1990's. Lots of work was done to this Caboose to give it new life. This train car features a jacuzzi tub and separate shower, as well as a spacious private deck overlooking the Sevier River.
