Monthly Rentals in Setien

A very nice and comfortable house for a small family. We were very comfortable for three days, the house has the essentials so you don't miss anything in your stay. It is in a quiet area, you have to move about 8 min for super and places to eat. The house shares part of the jardin, but it has a trocito vallado por sias carry chuchos. In general I would recommend the stay if you want to move around the area, Cabarceno and Santander are about 20 min away.

We had a great time, very peaceful and fresh. The place is in a scattered area of houses and there were no noises 8km from Somo which is where we wanted to enjoy with our dog. Mari Luz and especially her father who lived in the upper part of the house, wonderful people and always wanting you to be at home and they have achieved it. Your amazing garden.

Alejandro and Nuria are very kind and pleasant, they explained what to see in the area,apart they have leaflets at the entrance of the apartment. They left the breakfast that was a very good one. And they treated our dogs super well that is to be appreciated. We will repeat in another getaway.

We had a great time at this rental house which was simply at its best! It was true to our expectations, clean, very well-equipped and very comfortable. The environment is pleasant and conducive to relaxation. A big thank you to our host, who was welcoming, available and very friendly.
