Берите с собой непрозрачный скотч) В коридоре свет работает от датчика движения без возможности отключения этой функции , это может создать небольшой дискомфорт. P.P.S. При заселении в несколько человек, учтите что горячей воды в бойлере на всех может не хватить. В целом всё хорошо.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Great location, peaceful atmosphere, and everything I needed was provided. Well equipped and lovely apartment, thank you! There are some minor inaccuracies in the listing though. There was no information to access on-premise parking, but street parking was easily available. It is a low season now, wasn’t an issue for now. The beach access is available, it takes some 7-10 minutes to get there and needs to cross a relatively busy street. But then the beach is lovely with a restaurant nearby. Overall a good experience, would visit again!

we had a great time in Mila's apartment. pros: - very good communication - easy and flexible check in and out - great location, very walkable, beach is 5 min walk, restaurants right on the beach with beautiful sunsets and good food - Jūrmala Center 20 minutes walk. - very spacious apartment with a lot of natural light - nice view from the living room. - very quiet - neighbors are very nice cons: - kitchen is not for cooking, boiling an egg takes for ever, no basics like salt and pepper - two out of three bedrooms have no closets or dressers or bedside tables to unpack, one bedroom is very cluttered - the whole apartment is in need of deep cleaning, the drip coffee machine was so dirty and dusty I decided there is no way I could clean it. we still had a very good time. we ate mostly in restaurants or had take out. we enjoyed the view and quiet space. thank you Mila for hosting and being flexible.

Ihana pieni asunto. Kolmihenkisen perheen kanssa mahduttiin hyvin. Astiastosta löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Asunto oli siisti ja puhdas. Ainut miinus oli kun ei tullut tarkkoja ohjeita mistä ovesta mennään sisälle ja etsittiin asuntoa aika pitkään kerrostalosta. Mutta löydettiin lopulta ja kaikki meni hyvin.

Приятная светлая квартира с идеальным расположением напротив парка! Очень понравилось расположение- почти в самом центре, рядом множество кафе и основные локации Юрмалы. Но в то же время тихо и спокойно во дворе. Как раз то что мы искали для себя! До пляжа 10 минут ходьбы неспешным шагом. Детский стульчик и кроватка - очень удобны для семьи с маленькими детьми. По приезду квартира была идеально чистой, но чувствуется некоторая усталость мебели - стулья на кухне уже нуждаются в замене, кожаный диван так же в скоре потребует обновления. Мы остались довольны своим пребыванием, хоть и были небольшие нюансы. Спасибо хозяевам за гостеприимство!

Majoitus järjestyi nopeasti alkuperäisen majoituksemme äkisti peruuntuessa. Linda vastasi viipymättä ja saimme hyvät ohjeet saapumiseen. Paikka oli siisti ja majoituksesta löytyi kaikki mitä tarvitismme. Hyvä ja rauhallinen paikka, ehdoton suositus! Auton sai hyvin pihan viereen.

We had a truly pleasant stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, the host was welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed even toys for the baby. We especially appreciated the quiet environment, which made for a restful night's sleep being very close to the main street. The location was convenient, close to the beach, local attractions and dining options, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

The staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Place was cosy and private right by the river. The house was really warm. There was only one big minus, it was the jacuzzi/hot tub - had to wait long for it to get warm, but thats no big deal, but once it got to 40-45 °C, the host turned it off and forbid us to put the heating on by ourselves. So the water stayed good and warm for about 30 minutes after which it started to get cold. So 50€ for a 30 min hot tub is rather sad, plus there is now way to enjoy the hot tub next morning before leaving.

Wir fühlte uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und hat einen authentischen Touch. Es gibt viele Spiele und Angebote sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Rihards war sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Jegliche Fragen wurden beantwortet und wurde seine Hilfe benötigt, war er innerhalb von ein paar Minuten zur Stelle. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden es jedem weiterempfehlen :)

Wonderful place! It was our first time staying here, and we had the whole house for a birthday party. We enjoyed every moment. The cosy balcony offers a scenic river view at sunrise, and the well-organised BBQ area is covered with a solid roof — perfect for any weather. The large kitchen table comfortably fit everyone. A great place overall — highly recommended! We’ll definitely book again for another weekend getaway or even a summer vacation.

Māja ir ļoti ērta mierīgām sanākšanām ģimenes lokā- plaša viesu istaba ar kamīnu , 2. Stāvā izolētas istabas , kurās ir arī atsevišķas vannas istabas un norobežota sēta, lai mazākie ir drošībā. Ļoti atsaucīga saimniece. Jutos kā mājās 👌

Brīnišķīga un mierpilna vieta, aprīkota ar visu nepieciešamo ērtai atpūtai. Ļoti jauki un atsaucīgi saimnieki. Vieta ir skaista, tīra un labi uzturēta. Viss nepieciešamais bija pieejams. Noteikti iesaku atpūtai!

Daudz vietas gan iekšpusē, gan ārā. Lieliska sauna ar iespēju nopeldēties upē. Upes pusē privāta atmosfēra grillējot gaļu vai vienkārši atpūšoties.

We had a lovely stay at Anna's place. The studio is indeed quite small but is very well equipped (even a washing machine is there) and self-sufficient. We managed to make it work for a family of five (incl. three little kids). The location is just wonderful - there are forests and very few houses around. The walk to the beach is very enjoyable, also through the forest and half of it is a boardwalk (be aware of mosquitoes!). The building contained several other apartments that are rented out in the same way. There is a nice fenced area at the back of the house for the kids to play or for you to relax in a hammack or have a bbq. Whether this area is visible out of your window or not, depends on which side of the house your apartment is at. Anna is very friendly and proactive. She gave us many helpful tips about the surroundings and was always available if we needed her.

Уютная просторная квартира с 2мя санузлами, что очень удобно. Современная отделка распологает к себе. До моря 10-15 мин пешком. Во дворе для детей батут и детская площадка. Вообще во дворе много детей, которые с удовольствеим играют друг с другом. Но при этом не шумно. Подземный паркинг и место для велосипедов. Спокойный отдых обеспечен, нам понравилось. Но для длительного отдыха просто необходимо авто

Lena à été une super hôte pendant tout mon séjour. Ne connaissant pas Riga elle m'a toujours conseillé et aider pour trouver les meilleures activités et les plus beaux endroits à visiter. Je reviendrai certainement à Riga et si elle le permet cela sera dans son appartement. Merci Lena.

Děkujeme za krásný pobyt v Rize. Apartmán byl nový a čistý. Oceňujeme, že kuchyň měla vše potřebné a byla skvělé vybavená. Využili jsme, že parkování bylo zdarma hned vedle apartmánu. Pohodlně se dostanete do starého centra - autobusem a v okolí byly vždy i koloběžky k pronájmu. Moc rádi se zase vrátíme :-)

Die Wohnung ist groß und passt ideal für die Familie. Die Lage ist perfekt für lange Spaziergänge. Pinienwald ist nur 50 m entfernt. Das Meer ist durch den Wald zu erreichen.

This was one of the best Airbnb stays we've had in a long time. Zane’s flat has everything you could possibly need and more. It’s newly refurbished, and everything works perfectly. I’ve never seen such a well-equipped kitchen! The gated community is absolutely beautiful, and everything is within walking distance. Parking was included, which was a great bonus since it can be hard to find a spot in this area during peak season. Zane always responded within minutes and was readily available. She’s a fantastic host, and I’d love to stay here again next time I’m in Jūrmala.

Highly recommend this apartment to family or a couple. Everything was super clean, if you care about spotless environment this apartment won’t disappoint you. Everything was well thought out, things were left to keep the apartment clean as you stay. Very comfortable, beautiful and moser design. We loved it.

Me and my family stayed in this apartment and it was amazing. Raitis left out clear instructions for the WiFi ,local restaurants. The place was clean and decorated beautifully. Felt like I was at home . Shops was near by and good transport links. The host was helpful and answered any questions I had. I really recommend this apartment for any families. Thank you for letting us stay :)
