Meadow View in the village of Lower Penn in the South Staffordshire countryside. Located in a quiet country lane. The annex has its own private entrance, bathroom with shower, bedroom is on the first floor and offers comfortable sleeping with a king size bed and lovely views across a meadow. We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.
