It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Wir waren als Familie mit 8 Erwachsenen zu Gast. Das Haus incl. Wintergarten, sowie der Garten mit Pool und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten waren super schön und großzügig. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Françoise und Pascal war super. Wir haben immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort bekommen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.

Stephanie ist super nett und antwortet immer sehr schnell auf alle Fragen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und auch die Lage war sehr ruhig. Das Highlight, vor allem an diesen heißen Sommertagen, war natürlich der Pool. Parken kann man direkt an der Straße. Auch ein Bäcker und Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nähe. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Kais was very responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The property offers secure parking with an electronic gate, making it very private and safe. The neighborhood is peaceful, and we felt comfortable going for walks. There’s also convenient street parking right outside, and local stores and a McDonald’s are just a 5–10 minute walk away. The house itself was clean and spacious, with three bathrooms and two showers/baths—very handy for a family. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor jacuzzi, it was a great bonus to have. The kitchen is well-equipped with most cooking amenities depending on your needs. My family and I will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Paris! I really enjoyed my stay! The house was clean, well-maintained, and everything was neat and tidy throughout. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a peaceful and comfortable experience. With around seven rooms, the space felt spacious yet cozy. I’d definitely stay here again!

Le séjour était très agréable je recommande fortement c’était une première fois agréable. Celine et Claude très accueillant, souriant, de bon conseil. Le logement propre, du tout nouveau, facile d’accès, heure d’entrée et de sortie comme on le souhaite.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Besonders toll das man sein Auto abgeschlossen auf dem Hof abstellen kann. Die Kinder haben sich sehr über das Spielzeug gefreut.

Geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr ruhiges, sauberes Wohngebiet, ideal um vom Trubel im Paris runter zu kommen. Vielleicht ein anderes Mal wieder

Das beste AirBnb aller Zeiten! Schöner als auf den Bildern, toller Service (da U.S. er Auto so groß war, wurde uns auf der Straße ein Parkplatz freigehalten), top modern, auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und unterstützt, es war sogar Grillkohle für den Grill bereitgestellt! 5 min zur Metro M11, 3 min zum Böcker oder Auchan Supermarkt. Wenn mal wieder Paris zu acht, dann nur in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Superbe logement, où l'on se sent très bien. L'environnement verdoyant, ainsi que la décoration incitent à la tranquillité, surtout après avoir évolué dans la foule parisienne. La localisation est un parfait compromis pour profiter de Paris et se ressourcer. Nous nous sommes également delectées des choix offerts par la bibliothèque, qui complète à merveille ce petit havre de paix. Nous y avons séjourné en période de canicule et avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes : pas un bruit n'a perturbé nos sommeils. C'est précieux! Un petit ventilateur est disponible et était bienvenue. Merci à Julie qui a été très réactive et très claire dans ses informations, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Moc děkujeme Micaelovi za skvělé ubytování. Strávili jsme v tomto bytě 5 dní a bez jakéhokoliv problému. Se vším nám Micael pomohl (doprava, jízdné, lékárna...). Pokud pojedeme do Paříže znovu, určitě Micaela oslovíme znovu. Doporučujeme toto ubytování.

Great place to stay in Paris. We really enjoyed our stay in Lucies House. Very quiet residential area. Close to supermarket. It actually has three toilets, extra one at the basement. It is wonderful. Parking is good, my large suv fit in, although it is a bit of a tight fit through the gate. The house is very big with room for everyone. The kitchen is well equiped. Very close to CDG airport. Highly recommend if you stay in paris.

Jessica’s place was beautiful, close to the train station and restaurants.

Séjour très agréable, joli cadre, logement moderne avec tout ce qu'il faut à disposition. Propreté irréprochable. Terrasse et chaises transats ont été très appréciés en extérieur. Tout n'est pas en plein soleil, la terrasse permet d'avoir de l'ombre. Les petites attentions d'Elodie nous ont ravis. Hôte très sympathique, qui grâce à sa réactivité, a permis à ce qu'on ne reparte pas sans une tablette oubliée. La localisation du logement est parfaite, pas très éloignée de la gare, ce qui permet de se déplacer très facilement sans voiture. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés si l'occasion se présentait !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Patricia. L’appartement était propre, nous ne nous attendions pas à être au rez de chaussé de sa propre maison cependant cela ne nous a absolument pas dérangé étant donner le calme de la famille qui n’est pas du tout intrusive et l’environnement silencieux. Le portail reste ouvert et aucune restriction n’est demandée, moi qui apprécie habituellement les logements seuls je n’ai rien eu à redire là dessus. Nous avons pu trouver une place facilement les trois jours d’affilés. L’appartement est propre et bien aménagé, tout est mis à notre disposition (télé wifi, ustensiles de cuisine linge de maison etc..) et la literie et très bonne nous avons très bien dormi. Tout était fonctionnel. Quelques points cependant : le ventilateur est beaucoup trop bruyant nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser, la cuvette des toilettes était mal fixée nous avons dû utilisé les toilettes cuvette ouverte. Bref, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous recommandons.
