It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

We were guests as a family with 8 adults. The house including the winter garden, as well as the garden with pool and many seating options were super nice and spacious. We were all very comfortable. Communication with Françoise and Pascal was great. We always got a response within a very short time. We highly recommend this property.

Stephanie is super nice and always responds very quickly to any questions. The place was very clean and the location was also very quiet. The highlight, especially on those hot summer days, was of course the pool. You can park directly on the street. A bakery and supermarket are also nearby. We would come back anytime.

Kais was very responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The property offers secure parking with an electronic gate, making it very private and safe. The neighborhood is peaceful, and we felt comfortable going for walks. There’s also convenient street parking right outside, and local stores and a McDonald’s are just a 5–10 minute walk away. The house itself was clean and spacious, with three bathrooms and two showers/baths—very handy for a family. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor jacuzzi, it was a great bonus to have. The kitchen is well-equipped with most cooking amenities depending on your needs. My family and I will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Paris! I really enjoyed my stay! The house was clean, well-maintained, and everything was neat and tidy throughout. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a peaceful and comfortable experience. With around seven rooms, the space felt spacious yet cozy. I’d definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice and cozy house, if you see the same photos, the lighting and ventilation are great, Eleonore is a very kind host, who will kindly remind us that if the room is too hot, we can open the window and ventilate in advance (because the temperature just rose to 29 degrees when we went) And it also provides an electric fan and hair dryer. My husband and I had a great stay here❤️

Our 10-day stay at Emilie's house was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend and my dog had a great time in the house and garden for home office work, playing and chilling. While I immediately felt at home after long working days. It takes a little more than 1 hour to get to the center by public transport. The area is quiet, Emilie has made a great effort to make our stay uncomplicated. We would come back anytime!

We had a pleasant family stay,well hosted by Clément ,a place that matched the description pleasant,clean ,safe and quiet.Clement responded quickly to our various requests , real plus it's the parking space the proximity to the shops of the metro. Great place to stay in Paris. We really enjoyed our stay in Lucies House. Very quiet residential area. Close to supermarket. It actually has three toilets, extra one at the basement. It is wonderful. Parking is good, my large suv fit in, although it is a bit of a tight fit through the gate. The house is very big with room for everyone. The kitchen is well equiped. Very close to CDG airport. Highly recommend if you stay in paris.

Very nice stay, nice setting, modern accommodation with all the amenities you need. Impeccable cleanliness. Terrace and deck chairs were very appreciated outdoors. Not everything is in full sun, the terrace allows you to have shade. Elodie's thoughtful touches delighted us. Very friendly host, who thanks to his responsiveness, allowed us not to leave without a forgotten tablet. The location of the accommodation is perfect, not very far from the train station, which makes it very easy to get around without a car. We'll come back without a second thought if we get the chance!
