Absolutely stunning apartment, super clean and tidy, and had beautiful outside spaces, a hot tub, lovely cool air conditioning, and really easy to take the short walk to Okrug Gornji, and from there a ferry to Trogir. Uber is available too directly from the apartment. absolutely book this place immediately. if you have 50% as good a time as we had, you'll be very pleased. Also, Marija met us there at around 2am as our flight was delayed due to weather. and being a brit, the 4 beers in the fridge was very much appreciated. many thanks to Marija and all the staff which made the experience at this beautiful apartment even better!! Thanks to you, and your wonderfully beautiful country. Trogir is stunning by the way. Loved the place.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment. Gorgeous views, huge private roof with a hot tub (!), modern, and clean. We loved the peaceful area and it’s just a short waterfront walk to old town. A note for anyone who prefers hot water for showers - it was on and off for us. This is not something we brought to the host’s attention though, as the water heater appeared to be solar powered and we had some rainy weather. Karlo was responsive and kind. He showed us around at check in and made us feel welcome. Would love to return!

Tolles, neues Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Gute Ausstattung und wohnliche Einrichtung. Bei 36° Außentemperatur war die Wohnung dankenswerter Weise mit suffizienten, modernen Klimageräten ausgestattet. Die wunderschöne Altstadt von Trogir und die Promenade erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. In der Hochsaison ist die Parkplatzsuche evtl. etwas abenteuerlich. Direkt bei der Unterkunft war dies nicht möglich, öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe schlagen mit 15 Euro/d zu Buche. Hierfür empfiehlt sich die Nutzung der App "BMove", da die alten Automaten nur Hartgeld nehmen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die doch recht späte Check-In-Zeit von 16 Uhr, zumal man um 10 Uhr wieder draußen sein soll.

Vi bodde där en vecka och det var verkligen lika fint som på bilderna. Stjepan var supertrevlig och hjälpte till med allt möjligt. 2 min gångavstånd till stranden, men 10 minuters promenad längs stranden för att komma till andra sidan där de flesta restaurangerna ligger vilket var helt okej. 15-20 min med taxi från flygplasten till huset. 10 min från huset med taxi till Trogir Gamla Stan. Jag rekommenderar verkligen detta ställe om man vill ha en lugn och skön semester.

Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and everything was to a very high standard and comfortable. Zeljka couldn't have been more helpful - from booking right through to the time of our stay and departure. The beach is just a two minute walk down the steps and it's very easy to get an Uber to Trogir in the evening for restaurants. A wonderful stay - we had a fantastic time exploring the island, coves and nearby Split. Highly recommended!

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. Marica is a very friendly and helpful host. She takes good care of her hosts. She doesn’t hesitate to support if I needed anything. The apartment is well located, 10 minutes walk from the old town and the main bus station. The place is very quiet and peaceful which was good since I had to work in the morning. It’s a very nice apartment and comfortable. The kitchen is very well furnished with good equipment to cook, although I mainly went outside for lunch/dinner. If I had more time, I would have definitely cooked. For sure I recommend her place to anyone who would like to stay in Trogir.

The images don't do justice to this apartment. It has private and easy parking--a rare thing in this area. And it is beautiful: low key and elegant, a partial wall of sliding glass leads you to an entirely private 15x30 balcony with 180 degree views across the bay to town and foothills with Trogir to the left and Split down the coast. And a big glass door in the bedroom lets you wake to a slice of that view. Everything here has been thought about, and it creates a homey and calming ambience. Bozena was graceful and helpful at every turn but never intrusive. Also, Trogir is a bit of a zoo, and this splendid retreat, just five minutes away, give you quiet and privacy but easy access. Stay here--you will not regret it.

Trevlig värd, hjälpsam och alltid snabba svar! Vackert beläget, super med lugnet uppe i lägenheten fast det centrala läget. Många trappor upp till lägenheten, detta gjorde inget för oss men inte idealt för den som är sämre på benen😊

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Die Unterkunft war einfach der Hammer. Sah auf den Bildern schon super aus aber in persona sogar noch viel besser. Der Strand +Strandbar und kleines Restaurant quasi direkt vor der Tür (2min zu Fuß). Super sauber alles. Außerdem wurde der großartige Pool alles 3 Tage von den Vermietern kurz gereinigt. Helena hat auch noch lokale Restaurants und Supermärkte empfohlen was sehr geholfen hat. Der Flughafen ist auch in Laufnähe (10min) aber man hört trotzdem kaum etwas von den Flugzeugen. Grundsätzlich hat man auch seine Ruhe und wird von niemandem gestört. Ich kann diese Unterkunft, sowie Helena als Gastgeberin, total empfehlen und würde selber auch immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Danijela's place is fantastic. We didnt have exact timing for arrival for keys and her dad was flexible and helped coordinate our check-in. Space was great for us both inside and out. Great place highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Sevid. Going in mid May was perfect for us. The town was very quiet which made it, for us, even more beautiful. Sevid was close enough to towns that had restaurants and grocery stores open so we could eat out or in if we wanted to The house itself suited us well. The kitchen was perfect for the times we wanted to eat in. The pool was heated so we were able to use it every day. It was just a great place Sandro was not available during our stay so we spoke often with his sister, Sinaja. She was a joy to work with. Her love of the house and Sevid and indeed for Croatia came through over and over. She and her partner, Ivan, were a treasure trove of info about the area. We felt like we had our own personal tour guide of Croatia. A great place to stay and great people to work with

Wir haben für fast eine Woche mit 5 Erwachsenen, 2 Kleinkindern und 2 Babys in dem Haus übernachtet. Die Lage war ideal, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir waren positiv überrascht über die angenehme Größe und die praktische Raumaufteilung. Ivana hat bei Fragen immer sehr schnell geantwortet und wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann einen Besuch sehr empfehlen!

Wij waren hier in de Nederlandse meivakantie en hadden fantastisch weer waardoor we erg hebben kunnen genieten van de ruime tuin, het zwembad en de rustige omgeving! Alles in het dorpje was nog nagenoeg gesloten (behalve een kleine supermarkt en een restaurant!). Met de auto heel prima uitstapjes te maken naar Trogir, Split & Primosten en Krka! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en wij zouden dit plekje zeker aanraden aan familie en vrienden!

Ana was very flexible with our early arrival and communicated well. The condo was beautiful and very nicely decorated. Located within a short walk to Old Town and other amenities. Only downside was that we came when it was very hot and the bedrooms do not have AC making it less comfortable to sleep, but this appears to be common in Croatia at the properties we have stayed at.

We had the most wonderful stay at Erna's property! The apartment is gorgeous and cozy, has lots of charm, and is in a lovely setting, just a few metres from the water. Everything needed was provided to us and the apartment kitchen was well equipped. We made good use of the bikes, outdoor kitchen (bonus) and paddleboard. While we didn't actually go to Split as much as we were planning, we ended up preferring spending time in our neighbourhood and exploring the rest of Kaštela with the use of the bikes :) Barbara and her husband were also very welcoming and we felt honoured to be invited to spend time with them. We will miss this place and its hosts! tips: best beach near the apartment seems to be a 6 minute walk to the right once leaving the gate. Kaštela is also to the right when leaving the gate. biking is possible all along the coast. the historic buildings are very charming. May be best to take the bus to Trojir as the highway portion doesn't have much of a shoulder. Thanks!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung bei Trogir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit Supermarkt und Apotheke in nur fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr komfortabel, insbesondere die Betten haben uns überzeugt. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die großzügige Terrasse mit einer grandiosen Aussicht – besonders beim Frühstück oder Abendessen ein echtes Erlebnis. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer kleinen Wanne ausgestattet, was das Duschen zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig machte. Mit ein wenig Übung war das jedoch kein Problem und hat unser Urlaubserlebnis keineswegs negativ beeinflusst. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft ist, wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, ziemlich steil – sieht jedoch schlimmer aus, als sie tatsächlich ist. Auch mit einem Kombi war sie problemlos zu bewältigen und wurde schnell zur Routine auf dem Weg zu unseren Ausflüge

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

Très bon accueil de Goran et nous a fait visiter lui même l’appartement. Petit mais très bien équipé avec grille pain et balcon. Sommes à 1 heure de marche du centre historique mais navette gratuite 4 fois par jour à 3 minutes ou autobus tout près. Très tranquille! Nous avons adoré.

Apartament bardzo czysty i przyjemny, idealny na pobyt. Na miejscu było wszystko, co potrzebne do gotowania, co bardzo ułatwiało codzienne funkcjonowanie. Jednak największym atutem był gospodarz – komunikatywny, uprzejmy i niezwykle pomocny. Zdecydowanie będę polecać to miejsce innym!
