Villa Milla is for the first time open for tourism. Villa Mila has 2 apartments of 70 m2 and 2 of 50 m2. Our guests also have access to modern gym and pool. We are located in a quiet street only 5 minutes walk to shops, post offices, restaurants, ATMs, etc. We are only 5 km from Trogir, which is under Unesco protection.

A beautiful pebble beach is right across the street — just a few steps away. The terrace is shared between two studios, with a designated area in front of each for private use. Please note that during peak season, street parking can be difficult to find, even further from the house.

This 2-bedroom suite, located on the first floor of a family house in Seget Donji, is directly by the beach. It includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony with outdoor furniture offers a magnificent sea view. The living room has air conditioning, and each bedroom features a fan for summer comfort. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Luxury beach apartment with heated infinity pool

Enjoy the magnificent views from your balcony at the top floor apartment, and take just a few steps to relax into the salt-water natural infinity pool or the Mediterranean sea right in front of the villa. The infinity heated pool with hydromassage and entire area around the pool with 12 sun beds, 4 parasols and two seating furnitures in the size of 300 m2 is only for the guest of the two apartments - for max 8 persons!

Villa is situated on a perfect location, right to the small beach for our guests, 3 km long seaside promenade with many cafes, restaurants and tourist boats stops 50 meters from Villa and drive to Trogir and Split. This year we changing it's exterior, large svimming pool (8m x4m) in a front of Villa, started to works in April 2019.

Apartment Lucija (just 50 m far from the sea)

Our cozy apartment has 1 bedroom, one bathroom,kitchen and living room with air-condition and satellite TV. The nearest airport is Split- Airport, 7 km from Apartment. Beautiful and old town Trogir, under UNESCO protection is only 4 km away from the Apartment. Our Apartment is only 50m far from the sea.
