Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Everything was neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. Our kids loved the ping-pong table and lower hangout area. This place was perfect for our family to spread out and relax.

We stayed here with 4 under 4 and the kiddos loved it! There was soooo much for them to do at the house - they never wanted to leave to do other things. The hosts were responsive and helpful when needed. There is even more toys than the pictures! Beds were comfy & kitchen was very well stocked! We enjoyed playing on the playground too!

We've had a great time in Tari's cottage. It was very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed and the fireplace was a great bonus. We also loved walking the neighborhood and trails. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about our hosts but also to their cleaning team! House was very homey, lots of extra bedding and towels. All the kitchen things needed to cook big meals for my family! And wow! The games and being baby friendly was so nice! The scenery beautiful and private location! I would recommend anyone with a family to book this home and don’t look elsewhere!

I do not think there are enough words to describe how absolutely incredible Matthew's home is! Myself and 6 other girls spent the week here for a girls getaway and every single one of us could not stop 'oooo-ing & awwww'-ing' at every space. The home itself looks as if it came straight out of a novel but the property! Oh my gosh!!! Getting to be tucked away in the gorgeous scenic town of Kingston, while also not being too far from amazing restaurants and other amenities was pure perfection. We all took daily walks around the property and loved the high end retreat vibe that the home itself gives. We truly made some life long memories and cannot thank Matt enough for allowing us the opportunity to get to stay here. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay and we are all already talking about when we can come back; especially when the lavender field is in full bloom!! Thank you again, Matt!!

House was gorgeous. The kiddos in our group were thrilled to find a triple bunk bed not shown in photos in the game room. Beds were comfortable and great outdoor space. Kitchen was well stocked. Many bedrooms didn’t have blinds but owners provided eye shades. It’s a bit of a hike down to the beach but trail and stairs are in good condition.

This was an unbelievably stunning place. I would have given it high marks for just the first two floors of the house, but then when you head up to the indoor outdoor space of the third floor and roof, it becomes otherworldly. This is an amazing place to stay, and you won’t forget the rooftop views. Can’t wait to come back.

Homan’s place is beautiful and is accommodating to large parties with plenty of space. The location is perfect for those planning to go to Seattle and/or Tacoma since it is located in between both and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend staying here and would stay again when visiting the area.

Having stayed at dozens of rental homes around the country, its easy for me when I come across a standout like this property. The home is possibly the best appointed rental I have ever stayed in. If you intend to hang out at the house and enjoy the scenery, the back yard and kitchen are perfectly set up to entertain your guests. My family and I did not notice a single thing that we wanted or needed that was not on hand. Anyone looking to rent a property in this area of Washington, I would highly recommend this home! Im sure I will be back one day.

Jeffrey's home was lovely. The upstairs addition to the house was magnificent with its soaring ceilings. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but had booked an Alaskan cruise for the next day. One member of our family loaded his pickup with the luggage from our group of 12 and drove to the dock where his wife stayed with the luggage while the rest of us walked downhill to the dock stopping at a store on the way to purchase our allotted one bottle of wine each to take on the ship.

We had such a lovely stay here, the home and surrounding nature are gorgeous! Very responsive and flexible hosts, and the home looks exactly like the photos. The deck has a gorgeous view of the river and there is an easy path down to the river. We used their event package to host our wedding rehearsal dinner, and they provided all the linens, plates and flatware we needed. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a luxury nature retreat!

Perfect home for our extended family to gather for a wedding! Beautiful views and close to everywhere we needed to go. Home was fully equipped with all the basics and more! We had a large group (~20 ppl) everyone had their own space and did not feel it was ever too crowded! Eric and team was super responsive and flexible with our request to check in a lil early for our older parents- Much appreciated! We did not encounter any problems during our stay. We had a lovely experience staying at David’s home. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and kind, and even left us a bag of coffee! Check-in was smooth and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend if you are looking for a place in Seattle.

My daughter and I stayed at Sunnys place for 3 weeks . We loved the home , location and neighborhood. Also owners were quick to respond when I had a question ! Definitely would like to return one day .

Christopher was an excellent host — very responsive and communicative. Moreover, the property was comfortable and well-stocked and the location is hard to beat being central and a short walk from the light rail. We had a great time at Christopher’s place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again on any future trips to Seattle!

A few friends and I stayed here and Nick was very responsive throughout our stay! I appreciated the video instructions Nick made to make it easy for us. The place itself was so serene and private with a forested backdrop through the large windows. It was a great ambiance for the hot tub! Everything was clean and beautifully laid out inside. Great location and weekend getaway for us!

James’ house is a gem; located in a picturesque neighborhood with great views, the place surpassed our group’s expectations. It was super clean and provided a perfect home base for our visit. We would love to return someday.

The house was spotless, stylishly decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home—from fresh linens and cozy blankets to a well-equipped kitchen. The location is fantastic—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive to all the great restaurants and attractions in Seattle. We especially loved the nearby beach access and walking trails. It was the perfect mix of nature and convenience. Elle was incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating. Every question we had was answered promptly, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend!
