Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Seagrove Beach

Awnna's place was clean, beds were very comfortable, had all the kitchen items necessary to cook and keep foods, there were toys for the kids to use at the beach, and plenty of room for all 10 of us. Grocery store was close, Whale's Tail had good drinks (crab cakes were not the best), jet ski rental was easy to walk to, and the private beach was great! She was very communicative, and gave good recommendations for rentals, etc. It was easy to travel to restaurants for dinner. We hope to come back again in the future with our family. We had the best time! The home was perfect. Great space and fully stocked with everything we needed. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. A super short walk to the beach or a half mile drive to a more spacious public beach with bathrooms and parking. We loved the neighborhood and community pool. Darrin and Tara were very quick to respond if we needed anything. Highly recommend if you are staying in the Santa Rosa/30A area. Thank you!!

The house was amazing. We loved every minute of it and it had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short and had a great grocery store at the end of the road very close to an awesome donut place as well. Our host communicated perfectly, and if there were any issues, she was there to help. The neighborhood is up and coming and can’t wait to see what it’s gonna look like in the next six months to a year. Beautiful house would stay again.

We had the absolute best time at 30A Turtle Time!! Jason and Katie made us feel right at home! The house was in the perfect location, close to restaurants and the beach! They also had the best recommendations that were kid friendly. Our family cannot wait to come back! You should go, you won’t regret it!

Multigenerational family all loved the place. The village of Seaside and the beach were easily walkable. The pool and pickleball courts were enjoyed by all. Mitch and his crew were pleasant and quickly responded to any questions or needs we had. A very enjoyable week for our group that seemed to end much too soon. We will come back again.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at HCTS! We had a 10 person party and this home accommodated us very comfortably-very spacious. This home is very clean and comfortable, with lovely decor, and had everything to accommodate our needs. Kids loved the bunk room/garage room and we all enjoyed the pool/hot tub and many balconies. Beach access is very close and home is located in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood close to so many things-spent time in seaside(4miles away). Kyle was amazing(best host we have ever had)!He went above and beyond from the time of booking and throughout our entire stay. He was always kind, very helpful, informative and responsive. So many memories were made here. Highly recommend without hesitation. We will be back!

We loved our stay. It’s a great location! We preferred to go to the Santa Clara beach access rather than the one directly across 30A. There was more space on the beach to bring your own chairs, umbrella, etc, and had parking. If you just want to walk the beach, the closer beach access is fine! The golf cart and bikes were great so all of us could coordinate coming and going to and from the beach as we wanted. We used Ginger’s beach toys, nice big umbrella, and chairs! She also has beach towels which is a plus! Just bring your people and enjoy! The house was very comfortable and the beds slept great! We did a shrimp boil at home one evening and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We took the golf cart to get pizza, ice cream, coffee, donuts, and shop all close by!! Of course we used our car for our favorites- Red Bar in Grayton beach, and George’s at Alys Beach. We will be back!

Great place for a family! Pool was amazing for the kids! Everything was in walking distance. Peaceful at night time!! We can wait to book again! Nice place! 10/10!!

Beautiful view of the ocean, family had a great time. They enjoyed the pools and the beach. Quick access to the beach, restaurants near by to include a nice ice cream shop near by. On the 3rd floor of The parking garage you can unload to your room and they have carts.

Diana is a very nice person and definitely a very good host! Her attention is amazing! I will definitely go back to her if i go to this beach again!

Staying at Mira was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and she was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!. Definitely be back next year.

The apartment was as described, with amazing views from the 18th floor balcony (which was mostly in the shade during the day). Beautiful white-sand beach. Warm seawater. Humid but reasonably temperate during the day due to the sea breeze. Next time we visit northern Florida we would definitely stay here again.

Douglas's 2 Bedroom condo was the perfect choice for us!! Exactly like the pictures!! It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need!! He has a wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, 2 coolers with wheels and a bag of toys for kids available to use. We used the cooler and beach chairs every day. Douglas was a great host and answered any questions I had quickly!! He also allowed us an early check-in which was much appreciated!! The Palms of Destin is a nice place with a resort like feel. The pool was very nice!! They have a restaurant on site and a fun bar. They have a free shuttle to take you to the beach if you don't want to walk the 10 minutes. The condo is in the perfect location for Destin with the beach, restaurants and many attractions close by. We will definitely be back and stay with Douglas again!!

Not on the beach but next best to it. It’s on a resort with many amenities. Beach is only a walkable half mile along with a restaurant (beach house) on the boardwalk we ate 2 days in a row. Pool was beautiful, clean and family friendly. Easiest check in with very clear instructions. Very clean condo with a small balcony.
