This place definitely felt like home the host was great! Honestly in the perfect location you can be on the beach in no time easy walk very nice place with wonderful host! We will be coming back to stay again! Don’t overlook this place it’s a one of a kind!

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. The location is amazing, central to a lot of things on 30A and right on the beach. The view is incredible, both on the patio as well as the huge window in the master. The home itself is incredibly clean and well decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies. Dora was extremely responsive and helpful. We loved our stay as a family of 4 and cannot wait to come back!

Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Kelly was super descriptive with her initial check-in message which made check in and out very easy and smooth. The space was a perfect fit for us and in an AMAZING location. Super close to the beach and an easy bike ride to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I came for 5 days and we had a wonderful stay at Jason’s. The place was extremely clean & well stocked for the essentials. My toddler enjoyed looking out the balcony daily at the boats and planes that passed by. This place was beautiful. Any questions or concerns I had they immediately replied to my messages. If I’m ever back in Santa Rosa I will be staying here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Sandy Palms Cabana! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Susan was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process she made check-in smooth and easy, and provided clear instructions for everything we needed. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and local spots. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches like beach towels, clear parking info, and detailed directions. Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Even though we booked last minute, Elizabeth was incredibly accommodating and responsive, answering all of our questions right away. The early check-in was a huge bonus, and the process was so smooth it allowed us to fully enjoy our short stay without any hassle. I had read a lot about potential elevator issues, but to our surprise, there were minimal wait times and we had no trouble coming or going. The condo looked exactly as described, and the view was absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.

Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

Our stay at Stan’s place was absolutely amazing! We had the most beautiful view of Miramar Beach and the condo was so clean, well decorated, and well stocked. We had a short walk (just crossing the street) to get to the beach which was SO nice with a toddler. Stan had beach supplies available for guest to use which was very appreciated! We also rented a crib through him as well for our 1.5 year old to sleep in and were grateful to not have to pack something like a pack and play in our already full car haha. Stan was quick with replies and was very helpful with any recommendations I requested. Honestly it was the perfect stay and I would recommend it to anyone! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Miramar Beach.

Great spot! I would definitely recommend this property for couples who are looking for plenty of beach time and minimal driving. My wife and I stayed for ~5 days and had plenty to do. Parker’s condo was clean and the perfect size for the two of us. The restaurants and amenities were very convenient and worthwhile. Beach access was very convenient and significantly less crowded than the public access point. Parker was a fantastic host - always very responsive and proactive when we had questions. 30-A area traffic can get congested, so it was great to have walking access to the beach, restaurants, stores, etc. The condo is only 15-30 minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Rosemary, etc. which was great for a more upscale date night. Great value and experience - would stay again!

We had the best stay at Aaron’s condo. It was beautiful, clean, in the best spot on the beach, and came with so many unexpected extras like beach toys, boogie boards, ice packs, back pack cooler, laundry detergent, & more! The mattress was so comfortable! We will be booking here again for sure. Thanks for a great stay!

We booked the unit as we were on our way to Panama City Beach. We loved all that the unit had to offer for our toddler, as we were there for her birthday. The unit was exactly how it was described on Air B&B. We only had one issue and it was taken care of real quick and they were really quick to respond to us when we had questions. The unit made us feel right at home, with everything you needed. It was so clean and spacious. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and so relaxing at night time. We never had a problem with the wait time for the elevator nor finding a spot to park. The guys on the beach provided us with a good spot of the beach to relax on. An added plus is having the candy/ice cream shop across the street. We thank our host for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be returning in the future.

The townhouse was perfect for our stay, exactly as pictured. Sandra and team were very quick to respond from booking and throughout our stay. The community was quiet, pool was great and usually things to do in the evening at the nearby Big Chill. While the beach access wasn’t walkable, there were great public beach access points nearby like Santa Clara Beach. Being between Rosemary Beach and Seaside was nice as there were restaurant and shopping options either direction. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location—just a short walk to the beach. Having a Dollar General right next door was super clutch for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything we forgot to pack. Would definitely stay again!

Great house, and great host! Very responsive, very easy to work with. House is in a great location, but we had stayed in this neighborhood before so we knew what to expect. Don’t ever leave your car or golf cart unattended at the beach access, you will get ticketed. Have someone sit in the car or cart while you load or unload, they won’t mess with you then.

We had a great stay in 30A. The location is excellent, right next to the beach with public access just steps away. The neighborhood was quiet and made for a relaxing visit. The home was well stocked with essentials like towels, a full propane tank, and working appliances. The golf cart was filled with gas and runs up to 25 MPH. The bikes looked good and were appreciated. Beds were soft, bathrooms were clean, and the provided amenities were thoughtful. A few small things to keep in mind. The spiral stairs to the second floor were a bit tricky to navigate, so we had to watch our footing. Some of the doorknobs were stiff, possibly from rust. Water in the bathrooms drained slowly at times. If you are bringing pets, note that the grass has some thorns. Overall, a solid place to stay with a great location. We will definitely book with 30A beach girls again!

This place was amazing. It was decorated perfectly. Every floor had a refrigerator so you didn’t have to go to the top floor for cold drinks. Ashley responded immediately when we had a question. We brought our own beach chairs, but the ones she had were great. We will definitely be booking with her again!

We had a great stay at this eclectic little cottage. Great location only a few minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the square. It was a busy week so there was some street noise late but overall fine. As others mentioned, some of the things don’t work at the house like the fans on the porch and the doors were difficult to open. The kitchen had a mishmash of utensils and cookware some in better shape than others but we made it work. There are 2 bedrooms, a loft with a yankee staircase that overlooks the great room and a bed in the kitchen. It was fine for our purposes but maybe a challenge if you are expecting privacy for the loft and kitchen beds. I think some curtains in these spaces would be a good addition. Appliances all worked. Master bathroom was without a shower. There was an outdoor shower just off the bathroom but Iwouldn’t do a full shower out there as it’s pretty exposed All in all a great week. The place is comfortable and funky.

Beautiful home, GREAT location with private beach just across the street. House had everything we needed to make dinners and an awesome golf cart to drive around in too! Bedrooms each have their own bathroom which was super convenient for our group. Host is extremely responsive. I would definitely stay here again!
