Our stay was fantastic! The location is just awesome: during the day you can explore Elba and enjoy the sunset and tranquility in the evening. A huge recommendation and we hope to come back again 😊

It was so perfect in all aspects of what I consider to be the best, the most beautiful vacation time inside the home and with the beautiful outside surroundings that I plan to come back. The quiet location with a stunning Sea-and-Mountain-Views from every room in this spacious, tastefully furnished apartment was extraordinary. Donatella communicated very promptly to any thing in writing and her daughter-in law and her son responded by delivering whatever needed to be done. I am also extremely grateful that I was picked up and taken back to the ferry. I have fallen in love with Portoferraio and “my vacation home”, especially the quiet, calming views, the best snorkeling beach in less than a 10 minute walk, my favorite Gelato place, and the amazing walk along the medieval wall up to the historic old town with sites and great restaurants. I did not rent a car, but I would next time because there are other diverse nature places worth exploring. Gracie mille!!! Until I will see you again!

Stay with the family (3 people) for 8 days in August. Cozy atmosphere, string lights on the beautiful terrace on arrival. Views of the mountains and the port of Portoferraio. We made us feel very welcome and right at home. The whole house looked fresh and was extremely clean. Kitchen well equipped, even cocktail mix accessories, large fridge. The existing coffee machine is a Nespresso system. Some coffee capsules and tea were provided upon arrival. Bathroom quite warm, but the bedrooms are cool due to the excellent quiet air conditioning. Comfortable beds. 2 large terraces, so you can find a pleasant place at any time of the day. Ping pong table and rackets/ balls are provided. Outlets of all types and adapters are provided. Mosquito repellent is provided. Very thoughtful place to stay with everything you need.

The apartment is wonderful, surrounded by the sea on all sides with indescribable tranquility and peace. It is in the center and it is very convenient to walk to the sea or activities and restaurants. In addition, Giuseppe was very kind and available to help us at every stage of the stay, from check-in to check-out. A wonderful person! I recommend anyone to stay here as much as possible, it's really worth it!

Uberto is a very attentive and communicative host, proactively communicating with us prior to arrival and providing clear arrival instructions. The villa was exactly as shown in the pictures and as described, and is located in a very peaceful and quiet surrounding, within walking distance to a rock beach. The villa provides plenty of space and beds for a larger group, and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The kitchen was recently redone and provides all necessary amenities for cooking meals which can be eaten on the beautiful terrace overlooking the garden. You should follow the driving directions in Uberto's instructions as the GPS may mislead you. It is a quick 10 mins drive to reach the main city of Portoferraio and all its ameninities, including a large Conad supermarket.

Nicoletta is a delight, helpful, caring, attentive and accurate The apartment is really charming and comfortable, centrally located and easily accessible. I already knew Rio but thanks to Nicoletta I discovered more great details so as to further appreciate the whole island!!!! I highly recommend a stay at Nicoletta's house, if you seek peace and tranquility you will be in the right place and you will feel at home as soon as you walk through the door! Thank you Nicoletta!

Elba is a lovely place and staying here was wonderful. We were two families of a total of 10 people so it was a bit strange to have the house split into two apartments that don't connect. Plus, the house is a bit removed up in the heights and down some muddy roads. However the views are great, the kitchen well stocked for cooking and the beds comfortable. The water was warm but never really got hot. We did have a problem with a shower flooding with water running back into the house but when I texted Goelba they sent someone that same day and fixed it. Super peaceful, great outdoor sitting and eating area. Would stay here again.

The location is very sheltered and quiet in the middle of the greenery. The apartment is very simple but complete with everything you need as described (sheets and towels are not included) and you sleep very well. Giovanni was very hospitable and kind in immediately giving us some tips on the places to visit and the best beaches. Logistically strategic for visiting the island. Thanks Giovanni, see you soon!
