Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living area with an open, modern kitchen, bathroom and two large terraces overlooking an idyllic garden. It is located just 800 meters from the beach and the city center. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.

The cozy apartment is very close to the beach (about 90 m) and centrally located and was completely renovated in 2021/2022. In 2024, the bedroom was renovated again The southwest-facing balcony invites you to sunny hours even in the afternoon. The 45 square meter apartment offers an ideal vacation destination on Scharbeutzer Strand for 2 adults and 2 children. The house has a sauna which can be used for a fee.

Tiny house with fireplace

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.

Mehrbrise Travemünde apartment

I have been renting out my newly furnished Baltic Sea apartment since June 2025. The apartment is on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m2 balcony, you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and can see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can unwind and relax.
