There is a washing machine halfway up the stairs. The balcony with lounge furniture is quietly located to the courtyard. Bicycles can be stored in the basement.

Excursions on foot or by bike are possible in the rural surroundings. In bad weather a fire in the stove warms you up.

You drive through the gatehouse and see in front of you a courtyard with the manor house in the middle, the stables on the right and the cavalier's house on the left. The stable is rented as a whole house. From there, you can look into the palace park. Behind the house is a large private garden overlooking the water. Here you can enjoy the birdlife and tranquility. From the garden you can enter the house directly.

All rooms have a fantastic view over a pasture landscape.

The three-story beach house has more than deserved its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. An unique location in the Baltic Sea town of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The hot tub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/Beach view) are ideal for relaxing. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide cozy warmth and coziness on cold days.

Relax in this unique and beautifully located place. Here you can actively explore nature on forest walks and bike tours, swimming in the nearby lake, or relaxing in the hammock in the large fruit tree garden, by the crackling campfire under the stars. Our vacation home has light-flooded, tastefully and comfortably furnished rooms and if it should be uncomfortable outside, the stove can provide coziness in the living room. There are 2 to 3 car parking spaces available directly at the house. A bread service is possible.
