Vacation rentals with beach access in Sayulita

What a beautiful, ideal and peaceful location for a spectacular ocean front getaway! Mar's location is one of (if not best) ocean side views we have been witnessed to. The balcony itself had 180+ degree unobstructed views. Access to his private beach was ideal. Other beaches with great beach clubs and restaurants were only minutes away by beach walks. Mar's helpful recommendations and easy going style, made us feel right at home. There couldn't be a better location and host in this area you could ask for... Definitely a jewel in our vacation beach memories to enjoy for times to come...

I had my doubts if it was close to the beach and it really is close, it's only 1 block away, it's very comfortable, you have a pharmacy and oxxo nearby. Everything is very comfortable, there is a pool and jacuzzi available with a beautiful view. The bad thing is that you have to park somewhere a bit far away if it rains because they say that it floods. It didn't rain, so we left our car in front and we had no problems

Had a fantastic stay and hosts were friendly and very responsive. They kindly agreed to early check in and late check out and also quickly fixed a couple small issues that arose during our stay. The accommodation was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped and hosts were quick to provide a kettle when requested. The area is reasonably quiet, close to lots of restaurants and an easy and flat walk into the busy main part of town and main beach. Highly recommended and we will be back.

We loved staying in this adorable studio. It was clean and decorated attractively, with all amenities we could need. It’s a block from the beach but inside a gated area, so it was private. Cynthia was a wonderful, sweet host who made us feel right at home. It was hard to leave!

Amazing little place right in Sayulita, enough off the plaza where it’s quiet but still so close to walk right into town! I absolutely loved it.

The airb&b is exactly as described. It's located directly in front of the beach and is walkable to everything in town. There's several bars and restaurants right across the street, but it's not loud at night. Fantastic location and great communication by the hosts. A few things to note: 1. The airb&b is on a long strip with 15+ other rentals that share the pool/patio. 2. The pool is incredible - warm, clean, faces the ocean - but there were kids in it pretty much the whole time we were there. 3. The only "private" space in the airb&b is the bedrooms, which are kept cool by A/C and offer a safe for your valuables. 4. There's not really a "lounge" area in the airb&b, just a small couch next to the dining table. That said, we loved this place for a long weekend. The proximity to the beach is unbelievable.

Lupita’s place is great! Super clean, as advertised in a great, secure complex with nice people. The accessibility to the pool, as well as to the complex entrance (with or without a golf cart) was an amazing surprise. We had the pool to ourselves or with just another family most of the time. The air conditioning and WiFi worked really well. It is also a super easy walk to the beach and restaurants on the north side. Cohost Abel was also amazing with helping us arrange the airport transfer service and golf cart. If you are looking for convenience, I highly recommend this, even if a bit more expensive than a taxi…we even stopped at the grocery store on the way in! We were able to check in about an hour early, but not late for the check-out, so plan accordingly, especially during the busy season.

Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

My wife and I and our two teenage kids stayed here for a week. Couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at Casa Tiki. My son really enjoyed sleeping on the bed upstairs in the palapa and my daughter was in the very secluded pool whenever we were at the house. Very easy to get to from the airport and only a block away from the beach access point. The area is quiet being at the other end of town as the centro but because it’s such a small town it’s very easy to walk to the centro where all the action is, passing all the other restaurants and shops along the way. The house is also on the same block as Pepe’s food tour at Bici Bucerias which I highly recommend. Good coffee there too. Perfect house. No need to look for another place, this is it

A wonderful place. So full of plants and flowers. Great kitchen to prepare food in and lots of great outdoor space. Be aware that the house is on a steep hill. We loved the location, and enjoyed the 5 minutes walk down to town and the 7 minutes hike back. We will be back as soon as possible.

Great stay in Sayulita. Private and secluded yet walkable to down. Clean and comfortable. Would recommend staying here with big groups. Every bedroom had its own full bathroom.

We were a group of 7 with 2 children. Casa Milu was perfect for us. the kids loved the pool and it was eat access to the beach as well. Very walkable to everything you need, but far enough away from the noise of Sayulita center. the restaurants across the street were amazing and there were many shops near by to get essentials. Luis was a great host and made everything easy and stress free. We would definitely book here again!

This was one of the most gorgeous AirBnbs I've ever been to. I actually gasped when I walked in. We had the best time! Super walkable to the beach and incredible restaurants while not being on the main strip. It was quieter than I imagined for being right in town. Nancy was super responsive and offered a flexible checkout for us since one of our friends was sick. The only bad thing about this place is that it is so hard to leave it!! I'm still dreaming of that pool, the gorgeous landscaping and beautiful architecture of that home. Will 100% be back :)

Beautiful property and very well maintained. Location is perfect! It is very close to the beach (4 min walk) and to the town (8 minute walk). We chartered transportation from the airport through the Airbnb and the rental company turned out to be located right next door. They also had golf carts for rent, which was very convenient. They have a restaurant next to the rental place that has great breakfast and dinner. Sayulita is magical! We had an amazing stay.

This spot was right in the heart of Sayulita! Such cute decor inside with an amazing front porch for lounging plus a back porch with a dipping pool and an outdoor shower. With the high heat, the individual room air conditioners were so nice for having on to sleep. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! So cute and comfy. Would definitely come back on my next trip to Sayulita!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this condo! The space was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with downright amazing sunsets. The location is perfect for Zona Romantica as it's close to all the beach clubs, our favorite Restaurants La Palapa and Daquiri Dicks, and an easy walk to all the other restaurants, bars, and clubs, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication super easy. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home base in Puerto Vallarta! Thank you Mike and Moises!

Great stay and cozy place

We would not hesitate to come back to Pier 57. The place was modern and functional. Right in the middle of the best beach in Peurto Vallarta. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was one of the most unique spots I have ever been.

An impeccable and welcoming BnB on the beach with all necessary amenities. Great communication and fast responses from the host. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

We had a great stay there this week, our family had an incredible time in PV and the place is beautiful and in a great location! The restaurant, bar, pool and gym were all fantastic! Highly recommend!

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .
