The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with over 2800 sq ft on a quiet cul-de-sac. The home is great for entertaining or large groups with its split level modern feel. Guest will have access to the entire home. The home features three bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds), two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room on the upper level while the lower level has two more additional bedrooms (2 queen beds), one bathroom, laundry room and a family room that has a wet bar in it. Additional queen air mattresses available upon request for any booking over 10 guests. The home also offers Bose sound system throughout, smart lighting, smart TV's, apple TV and WiFI. The entire home is open to guests. The house offers plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. The bus runs near by and it’s easy for Uber and Lyft to find. My wife and I enjoyed Ian’s place and would come back for sure . We brought our bikes and location was great to get to downtown in 5 minutes, Campus another 10, and Urbana. The house was spotless with a unique layout. The lawn could’ve used some love, my short dog couldn’t use the backyard it was quite high for her. Didn’t matter as the neighborhood sidewalks were great to walk her. Everything was great, and happy we stayed at Ian’s.
