Guests have 3,000 square feet of space to enjoy, spread out over the full 3 floors, and divided into 15 very different rooms. This house can be an exclusive retreat for 1 couple, or a convenient downtown launching pad for 2-5 couples, or the perfect place to sleep 12 or more people. Great for Weddings, Birthdays, Family Reunions!

The apartment is the downstairs of a duplex in a quiet safe neighborhood. The upstairs is also an Airbnb and can also be booked for 2 additional bedrooms and a second bath and kitchen. The downstairs Airbnb space is cozy and well lit, with hardwood floors throughout. There is a large gas fireplace in the living room, and washer and dryer in the basement. The kitchen is fully equipped.
