There are extra mattresses as well as a guest house and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available, which makes it also suitable for working from here. Close to nature plot with lawn for summer activities. Approximately 150m to the jetty with boat (3.5hp) for fishing and swimming and kayak for 2p. Not least all the nice Dala villages, fishing in the river, the beautiful mushroom forest, hiking, paddling, biking, etc. Avesta Golf is "our neighbor" and you have the golf course at a convenient distance from the property. In summer, we recommend "Verket" and "Avesta Art" where you can experience the magical mix of history, art and modern technology. The lower floor has been carefully renovated using traditional building preservation methods. There is a kitchenette with cold water, a fridge and a hob. The outdoor toilet is just a few steps away. In the small village of Delbo, 1 mile north of Sala in Västmanland, is this little gem. Leas basement is a small house of about 25 m2 with all year around standard. Works as a self-catering for a long time but even if you just want to stay the night. Leas basement is tastefully decorated with high ceilings, fireplace, kitchen part, toilet and shower. There is a queen size bed (160cm) and a daybed for two. There's also Wifi and monitor with Chromecast.

Welcome to our guesthouse The cottage is located on our farm with nature around the corner, in the middle of a historical environment, eight minutes by car from the city center and with terrain tracks for hiking, running or MTB bike outside the door. In addition to us, a dog and two cats live on the farm. In summer there is a trampoline, board games in the garden as well as a small barbecue and patio in a pergola.

A luxury residential house spread over 30m2 with bathroom, sauna , kitchen , living room and sleeping loft. Outside the house there is a hot tub with room for 7 people , as well as parking for one car. The Attefall house is right next to our house on the same property. And as the description says, it's a sleeping loft, which means you have to be able to take a ladder up to sleep.
