There is also a myriad of golf courses near by. For dinner with a great view head over to the other side of the lake to the Lake House bar and grill for adult beverages on the lake with great food. For upscale dining Clark’s restaurant is a good choice. Bike,hike,or cook out over at Santee state park which is only 10 minutes away

Mr. Hughe and Mrs. Theresa, thank you eternally for such a great experience at your home! We are eternally grateful for your hospitality. And we will definitely book a stay with you again. Not only was the property exquisite. But oh so peaceful. My wife and I were immersed in the history of the property that Mr. Hughe shared with us. This property is more than the you could ever imagine. And the pictures does not do it justice. We will stay again as often as possible. 5 Stars and above!

This home was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and my favorite was the bathtub!! Peaceful getaway and a sight to see with the lake right in the backyard!! My only issue was the lock pad but once we got inside it was amazing. We will definitely be back here again very soon!!!

We stopped here overnight on our road trip to Florida and found it to be very accommodating. Would stay here again if visiting Lake Marion. The place was spacious and had a great view of the lake.
